READ AND FOLLOW BELOW SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL: All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections obtain the services of a qualified electrician.
- Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
- To prevent wiring damage or abrasion do not expose wiring to the edges of the sheet metal or other sharp objects.
- Suitable for wet locations.
- Suitable for Type IC or suitable for Type non-IC.
- Use only in open luminaires.
- This device is not intended for use with an emergency exit.
- This fixture is dimmable. The dimming range is 10%100%. Please refer to the below compatible dimmer list.

Installation Instructions
Junction Box Installation
- Turn off supply power.
- Slide out the diffuser lens by rotating it.
- Connect wiring.
- Attach fixture to the surface or junction box or mounting surface.
- Re-attach the diffuser lens by pushing its rear tabs back into the slots on the fixture and rotating it.
