Important: Read all instructions prior to installation.

Safety and Notes
- This product should be installed by a fully certified electrician in accordance with local building and electrical codes.
- Due to risk of electric shock, ensure that the main power source and circuit breakers are switched off before performing any installation or wiring procedures.
- Failure to properly support the fixture during installation may cause damage or injury, for which the manufacturer is not responsible. Ensure the mount is securely attached and will support the weight of the fixture.
Installation Instructions
- Install suspension hooks (not provided) 22”or 44” apart on ceiling. Ensure that mounting hooks can support weight of fixture.
- Hang suspension chains on the suspension hooks.
- Attach the v-hooks into the holes on each side of the fixture.
- Hang the fixture by hooking suspension chains onto v- hooks as shown.
- Remove screw from wire access plate to make connections.
