Thank you for your purchase of this product. Before using, please read this operation manual carefully and keep it for further reference. Please pay special attention to the  following information in order to assure your safety and proper operation of the massage chair.
Note: The company reserves the right to change and explain the design of the product. If there is any change without notice, the color of the product is subject to the actual product.

Safety and Maintenance

Before using, please read the following instructions to ensure proper usage and only use the massage chair for its intended purpose as outlined in this manual.

Important Safety Instructions

  • Always unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before cleaning.
  • Only plug into a proper electrical outlet to reduce the risk of short-circuit and fire and do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged.
  • Do not plug or unplug the device by means of pulling/pushing on the power cord.
  • Never plug/unplug with wet hands or use the chair with a wet body.
  • Do not use any attachments or accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Do not attempt to personally repair, adjust, or modify any of the electrical or mechanical functions. Please contact the manufacturer to request maintenance. All repairs, replacements, and adjustments must be done by a professional from the manufacturer, its mainte-nance department, or other department specified by the manufacturer.
  • Do not damage or tamper with the wires or electric circuits.
  • Do not operate if there are missing or damaged parts.
  • Do not spill water or other liquids/corrosive gases onto the massage chair to avoid accidents caused by short circuits or malfunctions.

Surrounding Environment

  • Do not use outdoors or in highly humid areas, such as bathrooms or saunas.
  • Do not use if the surrounding temperature changes suddenly and drastically.
  • Do not place near or by fire sources and flammable areas in order to avoid deformation, discoloration, and damage to the equipment.

Medical Warnings

  • Consult a physician before use.
  • Discontinue use if any discomfort is experienced during or after massage and consult a physician before attempting to use again.
  • People with the following conditions are not advised to use this massage chair:
  • Patients with osteoporosis or heart conditions. Including those with pacemakers or who wear other electronic medical devices.
  • Pregnant or menstruating women.
  • Patients with physical trauma or skin conditions.

Medical Warnings

  • Patients with mental illness and/or physically paralyzed patients should consult a physician first and only operate under supervision.
  • Those recovering from illness or feeling unwell.
  • For those with neck and back injuries or recovering from recent surgeries, consult with your physician before attempting to use the massage chair.
  • Do not use if intoxicated, physically unwell, within one hour of meals, or if you have a fever.
  • Due to the heating feature, those with heat sensitivities should exercise extra care.

Safety Precautions
Basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of injury.

  • Children should not operate the massage chair unsupervised.
  • The massage chair should not be used by adults who are physically disabled, or suffer from hypersensitivity and/or neurological impairments, unless they are supervised and guided by those responsible for their safety on how to use the device.
  • In the case of a power outage, do not sit in the chair. Unplug from the electrical outlet to prevent damage or injury when the power is restored.
  • Do not insert your hands, arms, or other items into or around the gaps of the massage chair.
  • Avoid falling asleep while using the massage chair.
  • If there are rips or tears in the leather or cloth cover of the chair, do not use until these have been repaired.
  • Do not use water or corrosive liquids on the massage chair to avoid short circuits, electric shock, malfunctions, and other forms damage and injury.
  • Do not stand or place heavy items on the chair or use excessive force from your body when pressing on the massage rollers.
  • Do not use hand-held power cords or hand-controlled cords, which may cause the body to hang in the air and sway, and cause the core to disconnect and make it unable to work normal-ly.
  • Do not attempt to modify the frame structure or replace parts in ways not recommended by the manufacturer.
    If you find or notice any abnormalities in the operations/functions of the massage chair, stop use immediately, disconnect from the power source, and contact the  manufacturer.

Chair Installation Instructions

  1. Assemble the backrest seat cushion and chair frame (refer to the assembly diagram) . Then attach the neck massage pillow.
  2. Insert the cord plug into the socket on the back of the backrest. Then adjust the massage headrest to the desired height using the Velcro.
  3. Lastly, plug the output end of the power adapter into the seat of the massage chair.
    DC12V input socket, and the power adapter is plugged into the 220V~ power socket. The adapter is now powered on.

Operating Instructions

  1. Sit on the massage chair in an upright position, resting your back and neck on the back of the massage chair respectively.
  2. Press the ON button to begin the massage.

Operation Guide

key operation:

  • Power button: Press once to turn on; this will start at default mode. Press the power button again to turn off.
  • Massage mode keys: There are five modes in total. By pressing once, the first mode of the upper back and neck massage rollers will start massaging simultaneously. When the heating light of the massage head goes out press again and the second mode will start. This will initiate the massage rollers of the lower back and head massage areas.
  • When the heating light goes out, the neck massage function will stop. Press again and the third mode will initiate the neck message again. When the heat light goes out, the  back massagers will stop. By pressing a fourth time, all massage functions will cease. The fifth mode will restore all functions to the default mode, turning on all massage  functions.
  • Fixed-point massage button: Press once and the head massage rollers will move up and down in a small range. Press again to resume full body massage functions.

    Note: Timed circuit of 20 minutes.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. After using and before cleaning, always power off and unplug the massage chair from the electrical outlet.
    After each use, using a soft dry cloth, remove dust and dirt from the chair. If neces-sary, you may use a small amount of natural detergent. However, do not use any chemicals, solvents, metal brushes, etc.

  2. DO NOT immerse or wash the massage chair in water OR remove the individual pieces to wash in water separately.

  3. Do not use or place the massage chair outdoors, in direct sunlight, or in highly humid or wet areas such as bathrooms, saunas, or near swimming pools.

  4. Always store and use indoors in a dry and ventilated place.

Tips

  1. In order to prolong the life of and ensure the proper operation of the massage chair, do not press hard, stand on, or place heavy items on it.
  2. This product is not designed to be used as a medical device to treat any illnesses or diseases, or for commercial purposes.
  3. If you experience discomfort or pain during or after usage, discontinue use and consult your physician.

Troubleshooting

Product Does Not Work

| Check whether the power cord plug is securely plugged into the electrical outlet (and the DC output plug and

the machine input socket.)

| Check the power plug and socket, and make sure that each plug is in good contact with the socket.

Stops working suddenly during the massage

| After the massage chair has completed a 20 minute circuit, it will automatically

switch to standby mode.

| If you wish to start the massage again, push the power button and another

20 minute circuit will start.

Due to the overheating protection function, if the motor becomes too warm, it will turn off.| Please wait until the motor has cooled down before resuming usage.
If the load and pressure on the massage chair is too heavy.| Please adjust your position to reduce the operation stress of the massage rollers.

Mains interruption.
