WARNING
CHOKING HAZARD
Small parts. Not for children under 3 years
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
**** The battery (battery or batteries or battery pack) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
**** Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children.
- This product contains a lithium battery. If a new or used lithium cell battery is swallowed or enters the body, it can cause severe internal burns and can lead to death in as little as 2 hours. Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep it away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
- The cells shall be disposed of properly, including keeping them away from children.
- Even used cells may cause injury
Your battery powered motion sensor has 2 methods for mounting:
- Surface mount or
- Flush Mount. After determining which method is appropriate for your particular application, remove the motion sensor and open the battery compartment to install the battery which is included.
SURFACE MOUNT METHOD

Open the accessory bag and locate the drywall anchors and associated screws (2 pcs of each).

Separate the surface mount bracket (Fig 1) and the battery powered motion sensor.

Install the surface mount bracket to the selected surface by screwing the bracket to the wall in 2 places on the flat surface of the bracket. If preferred, a piece of double-sided adhesive has also been provided to adhere the bracket to the wall.
NOTE: The bracket will allow the battery powered motion sensor to be installed in the corner of a room if desired. Use the angled surfaces to screw the bracket to each surface of the wall. -
Hang the motion sensor onto the bracket and follow the quick start guide to setup the app and controller and any associated devices as needed.
FLUSH MOUNT METHOD

Locate the flush mount low voltage box (Fig 2).

Secure the box to an existing junction box (provided by others) in your wall or;
Trace the outline of the flush mount low voltage box in your preferred wall location and then cut/remove the section of the wall to allow for the box to be placed inside the freshly cut opening. -
Secure the low voltage box to the wall using the provided drywall anchors and screws as necessary (2x).

Place the motion sensor into the low voltage junction box. The rubber grips will secure the battery powered motion sensor in place.

Place an appropriate wall plate (provided by others) over top of the motion sensor and screw it into place.
Factory Reset
Use the provided tool to press and hold the factory reset switch. Press (2 seconds) and release the switch 4 consecutive times.

This equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with provided instructions and the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons.

- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

5-Year Limited Warranty
THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
WARRANTY OF ERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Cooper Lighting Solutions warrants to customers that, for a period of five years from the date of purchase, Cooper Lighting Solutions products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The obligation of Cooper Lighting Solutions under this warranty is expressly limited to the provision of replacement products. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product. A purchaser’s receipt or other proof of date of original purchase acceptable to Cooper Lighting Solutions. This is required before warranty performance shall be rendered. This warranty does not apply to Cooper Lighting Solutions products that have been altered or repaired that have been subjected to neglect, abuse, misuse or accident (including shipping damages). This warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by Cooper Lighting Solutions which have been supplied, installed, and/or used in conjunction with Cooper Lighting Solutions products. Damage to the product caused by replacement bulbs or corrosion or discoloration of brass components are not covered by this warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL COOPER LIGHTING SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR IN TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), NOR
FOR LOST PROFITS; NOR SHALL THE LIABILITY OF Cooper Lighting Solutions FOR ANY
CLAIMS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS OR THE
MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, USE, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION OF
Cooper Lighting Solutions PRODUCTS, OR SUPPLY OF ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS
THEREFORE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF Cooper Lighting Solutions PRODUCTS
GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM. NO LABOR CHARGES WILL BE ACCEPTED TO REMOVE OR INSTALL
FIXTURES.

- Name, address and telephone number
- Date and place of purchase
- Catalog and quantity purchase

All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number issued by the Company and must be returned freight prepaid. Any product received without a Return Goods Authorization Number from the Company will be refused. Cooper Lighting Solutions is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Repaired or replaced products shall be subject to the terms of this warranty and are inspected when packed. Evident or concealed damage that is made in transit should be reported at once to the carrier making the delivery and a claim filed with them. Reproductions of this document without prior written approval of Cooper Lighting Solutions are strictly prohibited.
Changes or modifications’ not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
