Cook Mini Stove

The first step is to assemble the plinth.
The plinth consists of a plinth frame and 4 feet.
Place the plinth frame on the floor in front of you and place the four plinth feet on the four recesses of the frame.

Mount the base with the help of the enclosed screws.
Now also screw the plinth feet as shown in the picture.

All feet are installed.

Turn around the stand an place it on it’s feet.

Unscrew the position securing screws on the plinthnth frame so that they do not protude upwards.

Now place the stove body on the base so that it is flush with the base at the back.
As soon as the body is in the right position, screw in the position securing screws.

Please loosen the four fastening screws of the stove body lid.

Remove the stove body lid.

Remove the supply air unit on the back wall of the oven. Now the fireclay parts (combustion chamber lining) can be inserted into the stove.
Fireclay lining:.
1. Side plate left
2. Side plate right
3. Deflector plate front
4. Deflector plate rear
5. Rear wall
6. Floor -
First insert the left side plate made of fireclay (1). The holes in the fireclay do not necessarily have to be directly above the holes in the cast carcass – but in the area delimited by a seal on the inside of the carcass outer wall.

Next is the plate for the right side.

Now insert the floor plate please.

Do the same with the rear wall.

Now insert the secondary air unit. It must be flush with the fireclay side plates at the top. Secure the secondary air unit with the enclosed screws.

Now place the larger of the two baffle plates crosswise on top of the already inserted plates and push them against the back wall of the stove.

Now place the second deflector plate in front of the first one.

Put the stove body lid back on and screw it down.

Fix now the flue gaz connection.

Replace the hotplate. Make sure that the slats on the underside of the hotplate run lengthwise – see photo.

Finally, please insert the ash trap plate and insert this between the fireclay base plate and the firebox opening.

Screw the handle set into the prefabricated screw thread.
In rare cases, the door latch may hit the fireclay when closing the door and thus not close properly. In this case, please remove the offending fireclay material using a file or similar. This does not reduce the quality or durability of the fireclay.
