CAUTIONS

Please insert the micro SD card in the right direction to avoid damage to the card or the device. If device shows error message, please format the micro SD card from device menu. Please reset device or change micro SD card if similar error continues.
Note : All files will be deleted when formatting micro SD card. Please backup the important files before formatting takes place. When reset function is selected, the settings will return to default setting. -
Blaupunkt does not warrant the performance of device if with use of other Micro SD card other than Blaupunkt MicroSD card.

New Micro SD card must be formatted for first use.

Ensure bracket is installed correctly & firmly on windscreen to avoid damage to device and for better recording angle.

Please do not use product under wet environment as device is not waterproofed/water resistant.

Please do not record or take pictures facing sunlight.

To obtain clear image, please clean windscreen and device lens regularly. Avoid using device in dusty environment.

Handle device with care and avoid direct impact on the device. Avoid using device in high electromagnetic environment.

Operating temperature of the device is – 10°C-60″C, storage temperature is -30°C~ 80°C. Continuous exposure to sunlight, especially when locked in cabin where temperature exceeds 80°C may result to device malfunction, colour change, housing and image distortion.

Error may occur depending on the surrounding environment and the voltage of the car.

If the power discharge protection is set ‘ON’ motion detection will work as park recording mode. If the car battery voltage is lesser than the setting value of cut-off voltage, device will stop recording even at park recording mode.

System Setup
System setup is accessible only via smartphone application.

Mobile App device OS version requirement: Android 4.4 (Kit Kat} or higher, iOS
10.0.2 or higher.
Pair DVR and Smartphone
The range of distance between the DVR (with Wireless Control dongle) and
smartphone is approximately 10 meters (33ft) in an open field environment.
- a. Go to smartphone setting to search for available Wi-Fi
- b. Select BP10.0A Wi-Fi “BPl0.0_ ……” to connect
- c. Enter default password 12345678 for first time connection
After successful pairing, enter into mobile app to start.

Instant File Sharing to Social Network

3. Press & hold the downloaded file for sharing option

- Adjust Memory Ratio (All data will be deleted when ratio setting is adjusted, backup data before changing the setting)
- Reset (Reset setting to default setting)
Retrieve Password
1. Remove Micro SD card from DVR
2. Insert MicroSD card to PC
3. Search file name “ menu.cfg ”
4. Open the file for DVR software version : BP10.0A.FH …… V2.3.5 (8
alphanumeric)
Note:
Older files will be overwritten when memory card is full and requires new
storage space. Files will be overwritten according to file arrangement
DRIVE/EVENT/PARK/PHOTO. Backup recordings regularly to prevent import files
from being overwritten.
INSTALLATION
SAFETY
- Assign a mounting location that will not obstruct driver in any circumstances or cause injuries to drivers and passengers in case of emergency brake or accident.
- Ensure all wires are connected properly, and that the device is functioning well before installation.
- Any unauthorized installation and modification may cause malfunction to the device and void warranty of product. Always use the parts that are included with the device only.
- Please contact Blaupunkt dealer or vehicle’s manufacturer if information provided here does not fit your specific requirement.
Power Cable Hardwiring
- Use the hardwire power cable.
- BATT(+) : Connect the wire cable to permanent power fuse box. (Ex.: Hazard light, dome light, tail light etc)
- ACC (+) : Connect the wire cable to the fuse that receive power through ignition. (Ex.: Cig lighter, audio system)
- GND: Connect the cable to the vehicle chassis or vehicle bolts.
