CONNECT THE EARBUDS

  1. Power on the earbuds and turn on the Bluetooth in your phone.
  2. Select “F1” and confirm.

CHARGING

  2. Charging the Case

  3. Charge it with a wireless charging pad(Not included).

  4. Charge it with the included Type-C cable.
    Charging Last number is flashing.
    Fully charged: Number 100% is on.

  5. Charging the Earbuds
    Charging: White indicator is on; Power display lights up for 10s.
    Fully charged- White indicator is off.

HOW TO RESET THE EARBUDS

If your earbuds stop syncing with each other, please follow the below steps to reset the earbuds:

  1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case, then turn them off;
  2. Make sure the earbuds are off, then press both buttons and hold for 8 seconds, until the red LEDs start flashing:
  3. The earbuds will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically

FAQ

  1.  Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?
    A: There are usually lots of underground cable lines along the places mentioned above, which might cause electonmagnetic interference and result in the siganal interruption.

  2. My earbuds don’t charge, what canI do?

  3. Why my earbuds don’t power on/off automatically?
    A: The earbuds would not power off automatically when the case is at low battery or out of power Please recharge the case. And you can long press for four seconds to power on and long press for four seconds to power off the earbuds.

  4. Will the Bluetooth mouse cause the signal interference?
    A: Perhaps. When your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device, it might happen.
