CHARGING THE DEVICE:
- Charge the device fully before use
- Insert the micro USB cable end included to the device and Use the supplied USB adapter to Connect to the USEBA connection and insert it to the mains power outlet.
- RED led light is solid red = the device is charging.
- GREEN light always on = the device is fully charged.
- Remove the charging cable from the device when ready and disconnect the adapter from the mains power socket. Use time wirelessly = 10-12 hours max. You can also Use it in mains power supply and operational use at all times.
NOTE: Product charge and discharge for 3-5 times then the battery will achieve the best results in Use time. Do not overcharge the product or allow the battery to completely discharge. Charge regularly at least ix per 3 months to enhance the battery use time.
The battery can be charged in and OFF Use
- You can use this product while charging by the USB port or it can be used wireless! Do not use defective chargers or USB ports. Do not use PC USB ports that have low power output from 95omA and lower.
- Never cover the adapter, the charge cable or the adapter with blankets, curtains etc. that can cause overheating or even fire.
- The battery casing heats up while charging. This is normal and is not a fault.
Pay attention
- Please note that the charging port of the device should not have water infiltration. Otherwise, it will cause a product failure.
- Do not charge or store the product in a place below or above 40 C, otherwise, the product performance will be reduced.
- It is a normal phenomenon that the temperature of the charger rises during charging.
- The product should be charged as soon as it is working to a low battery level; it is forbidden to leave the product for a long period of time when the battery is low, which may cause the lithium battery to over-discharge and fail to charge normally!
- High-temperature environment If the environment in the car is as high as 7o degrees or more in summer, the battery may be damaged due to over-discharge if the product is not charged for a long time without charging.

REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE
- Use a CR2025 3V battery for the remote control, positive side facing up. Please take out the insulation tab plastic before using it!
- If you need to replace the battery, take out the battery and push battery out from the side. The batteries can be removed easily.
- The remote controllable distance is around 5-10 meters. It must be pointed to the radio unit at all times.
RE-Battery assembly instructions
- Push the tab on the battery cover on the side and open the battery cover.
- Clean battery contacts and device contacts before installing the battery.
- Make sure to check the correct polarity + and – inside the remote control compartment.
- Put the battery cover back in place, and secure the buckle by pressing It inside the remote housing.
NOTE: Remove the batteries from the product if it is not used for a long time (1 month or longer).

WARNING FOR BUTTON CELL BATTERIES: KEEP BATTERY CUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!
Swallowing can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion. Seek medical attention immediately. Before disposal always COver the battery in plastic tape to avoid possible short Circuits.
Use the device: (see the illustrations FRONT, TOP, and SIDE)
VOLUME BUTTON: Turn the volume wheel right to have a higher volume or left for a lower volume. Press the knob to mute/unmute.
POWER ON/OFF/STANDBY: Power on the device by pressing the power button. Press 1x to set the device into standby mode or press ix to deactivate it. Long press to power off the device (this is suggested to increase the battery use time).
ALARM/CLOCK
When the device is powered it is in DAB mode and automatically searches for DAB radio stations. lf a DAB signal can be searched it will automatically set the date and time using the local DAB/DAB+ signal. When the time and date settings are not set automatically press and hold the ‘CLOCK’ button for approximately 2 seconds. Use the SKIP/TRACK buttons to set the time and date and press ‘ENTER’ to confirm it. To set the alarm in DAB+/FM mode press the ‘CLOCK’ button 1x. Select the alarm setup number using the SKIP/TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER'”. Use the SKIP/TRACK buttons to select your alarm times (up to 4pcs), alarm durations, alarm sound source, and alarm calendar, and press ENTER to confirm. Select the alarm sound source using the SKIP/TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER’. Select the alarm calendar using the SKIP/TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER”. Select alarm volume using the SKIP/TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER’. Select alarm duration Using the SKIP/TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER’. Use the ‘SNOOZE’ button to temporarily silence the alarm. TIP: Press this button to switch off the alarm when activated.
PRESET RADIO STATIONS (DAB+/ FM mode)
To setup, up a pre-set radio station select the station of your choice, Using the SKIP/TRACK controls, then press ‘ENTER’. Then press and hold the ‘PRESET” button, use the SKIP/TRACK controls to find a free number, then press ‘ENTER’ to confirm. View the preset radio stations by pressing the ‘PRESET button and using the SKIP/TRACK controls to view all stations, press ‘ENTER’ to select the station you like to hear.
INFO/MENU
To change the device and speaker settings in all modes (for example language, time, scan, tune etc) press and hold the INFO button to see the menu. Use the SkKIP/TRACK buttons to see and adjust all the settings in the menu and press ‘ENTER’ to confirm. To see the INFO press ix in each mode to select the different info as desired.
MICROPHONE: This is a built-in microphone to Use for hands-free calling.
PLAY/PAUSE ENTER/SNOOZE
- When use in DAB mode > Press ix to enter, press approximately 2 seconds to scan
- When use in FM mode> Press 1x to scan
- When in BT mode > Play/Pause the music
- Use the ‘SNOOZE’ button to temporarily silence the alarm or select the snooze time as desired.
PREVIOUS/SKIP-/BACK and NEXT/SKIP+/FORWARD
- When in DAB+ or FM mode: Press ix for the previous/next radio station, press and hold to taste move the radio stations
- When in BT mode: Press the ax for the previous/next track
- When in MENU mode: Press 1x for the previous/next step
MODE/LIGHT
MODE DAB/FM/BT/AUX >
Enter a mode by pressing the mode button until ‘DAB/FM/BT or AUX ‘is
displayed. Use the SKIP/TRACK buttons to select the previous/next radio
stations/music track or scan radio stations and press ‘ENTER’ to confirm.
When Bluetooth is selected it will activate pairing mode automatically. Turn
on Bluetooth on your mobile device and select “FlinQ DAB+ Speaker” from the
list. You will then hear a sound that confirms that you are “connected”. From
now on you can listen to music and you are able to receive calls. The device
also supports incoming calls.
Note: The memory function is automatically supported when reconnecting both devices that were used last time!

Making phone calls
Make sure the device is connected to your mobile device. You can call now.
You answer the call by pressing the “ENTER button once. To reject the call, long press the “ENTER button so the call is rejected. YoU can change the volume by the volume knob or change it by the volume buttons from your device directly.
Note: all other functions should be used by your mobile device. -
Listen to your music
Make sure that the device Is Connected to yOur mobile device. You can now listen to the music on your playlist. ix short press the” ENTER” button to stop the music. Press the button again to continue. Press the SKIP + – buttons to the next/ previous Songs.
NOTE: When there is no music playing and no buttons have been pressed for 15 minutes, the device will automatically enter Standby mode.
Connect the 3.5mm Jack lead from your device to the AUX port if you want to listen wiredly from your (non-Bluetooth) mUsic source device.
Connect a USB Flash Drive or connect a USB audio input cable and press the MODE button until you will see “USB”
Insert a MICRO SD card into the rear of the radio speaker at the SD/TF card slot and press the
MODE button until yoU will see “SD”.Cards up to 32GB SDHC are supported.
To adjust the LED display brightness, press and hold the ‘LIGHT button to select 1 of the 3 settings.
RADIOTELESCOPIC ANTENNA
When the signal is insufficient you can put it straight and make sure it is extended for better signal reception. Near windows will improve the signal performance and battery Use time.
USB disk (or micro SD card) playback
- Turn on, insert the USB/ micro SD card, then press the MODE button to switch to USB /SD mode.
- It will play music from USB/ micro SD automatically. (Largest capacity of USB/ micro SD the device can support: 64GB SDHC)
- Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust the volume, press the VOLUME key to mute sound.
- Press the SKIP left and right key to switch between up and down songs, long press the SKIP left and right key to rewind and fast forward. Press the ENTER key to play or pause.
- During playback, short press the MENU INFO key to view the currently playing song information (current track/total track, current playing time/total current track time, date, etc.) Supports audio decoding format MP3/WAV/FLACIWMAJAPE.
Batteries warning note
New batteries must be recharged and discharged 3- 5 times before their full function use time is released. charge indoors only at room temperature and only under supervision during the daytime. Disconnect from the charger when the battery is fully charged, as overcharging can shorten battery life. Lithium batteries should only be charged with constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV). When not in use, the charge in a fully charged battery slowly disappears. Do not place the product near a heat source or expose it to direct sunlight, dust, moisture, rain, or mechanical impact. Try to keep the battery temperature between o°C and 45°C at all times. If the battery is too hot or too cold, the product may not work temporarily, even it is fully charged. Do not attempt to charge the device when the battery is damaged. Never insert metal objects in any opening of the (USB) charging port.
The rechargeable battery is built into the device and cannot be replaced
- Do not throw the battery into the fire, otherwise, it may explode. Batteries may also explodeif being damaged, please handle and dispose of them according to local conditions and regulations. After 3 months long storage needs to be completely discharged and recharged for at least 80%.
- The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not disassemble, short contacts, heat above 60°C (140°F), or incinerate. Keep away from children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of ot in here.
