Operation Instructions

Use When Connected To Power Source
‘When connected to power through the USB cable, the product will automatically tur on and the battery will ‘continue to charge. Indicator Light wil ight up constart. The product will continue to run and cannot be turmed off.
Use When Not Connected To Power Source
‘Turn on: Press Power Button once, Indicator Light willight up constant.
“Turn off: Press Power Button 3 times, Indicator Light will go dark after 3 seconds.
Note:

• Before product is successfully connected to WIFi, Indicator Light will ight up in red: when successfully ‘connected to WiFi, Indicator Light il tun biue.
• If battery reserve i lower than 5%, the product will automaticallyturn off, and Indicator Light will go dark.

Connecting The Product To WiFi
“This product can be controlled via smartphone with German Pool Smart Control APP.
Note:
o connect the product to WIF, please use WIFi with a frequency of 2.4 GHz. does not work with WIFi with a frequency of 5.0 GHz.
A How To Set Up The APP.
‘Connect your phone to 2.4 GHz WIFi then scan the QR Code below, or search “German Pool Smart ‘Control*in App Store or Google Py to download and install the APP.

B. Change The Language
Apple 108 System

1. Search “Smart Control” in Settings.
2. Click “Preferred Language
3. Select Traditional Chinese or English In the “Suggested Languages™ column (Note: if user selects “Traditional Chinese (Hong. Kongy”. app wildispiay in English).

Android System
‘App il appear in your preset phone language. If ou need to change APP language. you need to change the ‘system language in your phone settings.

C. Register Your Account

1. Openthe PP – cick Agiee” on-User Agroament and Privac Polcy
2. Click Sign Up toregiter Youracoount.
3. Enter your emal acess ok agree rvacy Poley ana User Agroement:.then lick “Get Verification Code”.
4. Enter one-time verification code from your email.
5. Set up your password then click “Done’.

D. Pairing Sequence
Method 1: Auto Pairing

1. Connect product to power source through USB cable. fongpress Power Button for approximately 7 seconds unti Indicator Light biinks In blue.
2. Click*+” onthe upper right corner of the APP homepa. then click “Add Device”.
3. Before pairing. user must allow the App 1o access your Bluetooth. Tap on “Tum on Biuetooth” (1 Bluetooth s aiready on. ignore this step).
4. Tap “Go To Set” (i Bluetooth s already on. ignore this step)
5. Turn on Bluetooth (i Bluetooth is already on, gnore this step).
6. APP will show “Searching for nearby devices._”
7. APP il show “Discovering devices…”. click *Add”.
8. Click *+” on the right of product name.
9. It is recommended to allow the APP to access your location. Tap “Set Now” (f Location is already on, ignore this step)
10. Tap “Allow While Using App” (If Location is already on. ignore this step).
11. Select WiFi name and enter your WIFI password, then Click “Next™.
12. When pairing is completed. APP will show “Added successfully”. Click “Done” to return to homepage.

WARNING!
If Bluetooth s tumed off or App Is not permitted to access Biuetooth, the product cannot be paired.
(Note: Even if Biuetooth is turned on, it does not mean the APP is allowed to access your Bluetootn )
Note:

• The product can only be paired to one account at a time. If another user pairs their smartphone to the product, the previous account wil lose their control of the product.
• User who has already been paired can share their control flghts with other users. For details, see ‘E. Sharing Control”.

Note:
If APP cannot find the product. or during Pairing Sequence, if APP shows an exclamation mark icon, it means paifing s unsuccessful. Please use method 2 below for pairing.
D. Pairing Sequence.
Method 2: Bluetooth Paiing

1. Click “+” on the upper right ‘comer of the APP homepage. then click “Add Device”.

2. In the “Add Manually * column, find the product model that needs to be paired, and click the product to pair.

3. Follow the Instructions on the APP to pair. WARNING!
   If  Bluetooth s tumed off or App is not permitted to access Biuetooth, the product cannot be paired.
   (Note: Even if Biuetooth is turned on, it does not mean the APP Is allowed to access your Biuetooth )

4. Click “+ on the right of product name.

5. Select WIFi name and enter your WIF| password. then click Next

6. When pairing is completed. APP will show “Added successtuly” Cick ‘Done” to return to homepage.

E. Sharing Control

1. On the products homepage. clck“ ” on the upper right Gomer, then click * on the upper right comer.
2. Click “Share Device under “Others”.
3. Clck “Add Sharing”. Note: On the “Share Device” page. you can add or elete other accounts’ control rights.
4. Setthe number of users with ‘whom you wish to share control, then click “Share with the Account Smart Control”.
5. Enter that account’s registered emall address, then click “Done” on the upper right comer.
6. Repeat step 3-5 to share with more accounts.

Controlling The Product With The APP

InEcoMode, automatically refreshes every 3 minutes
*When Temperature Alrt s turned on, product will pop up a notfication when temperature change exceeds 0.3°C
Current Humity Dispay| Shows current humidty. automaticaly refreshes every 2 seconds
InEco Mode, automaticaly refreshes every 3 minutes
When Humidty Alert s turmed on, product will pop Up a nfifcation when
humidiy change exceeds 3%

Pairing With Remote Controls

Pairing
By Category
In addition to the preset basic categories, user can add in remote controls o ather ‘appliance categories such as TV. Set Top Box. AirConditioner, Fan, TV Box, DVD, Lighting. Projector, Audio, Camera, Heater, Air Purifer,etc. Please scan QR Code on the ight for step-by-step pairing instructions.

Note:
For remote controls that are not supported by “Pairing By Category”. please ‘pair manually by following the instructions in “DIY Mode” section.
Manual Pairing (DIY Mode)
If your remote control cannot be added through *Pairng By Categoy”, you can pai ‘manualy through DIY Mode. Please scan QR Code on the ightfor step-bystep pairing instructons,
Note:

• IR LED s located above the Indicator Light, When pairing through DIY Mode, please make sure the remote control is aimed directly at the Indicator Light from a close distance (3cm or less).
• When user cicks into DIY Mode, Indicator Light will go dark. Each time. the product received a new command from the appliance’s remote control Indicator Light gives off a quick bink in red
• If the product cannot recelve the remote control’s commands, it may be due to a discrepancy In the data rate: i this ocurs, the product will not be able to learn the remote control’s commands.

Using The Remote Controls And Setting Scenes
Afer pairing is completed, you can use Smart Control App to control the device ‘anytme. You can also set “Scenes” in Smart Control App whereby the appliances can be turned on or off by the product’s temperature and humidity sensors.
