Tools Required:

• Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench
• 4mm, 5mm Hex Bit Socket
• 10mm, 13mm, 19mm Wrench
• 13mm, 19mm Shallow Socket

Installation Time:
About 1.5 hours, may require 2-3 people. Installation time varies based on mechanical skill level.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the factory vehicle front bumper and tow hook.
2. Assemble the wings & the main body using M12*30 Hex Bolts.
3. Attach the license plate bracket with M6*20 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws.
4. Assemble the bull bar & main body using M8*20 Hex Bolts.
5. Install winch power control box bracket with specified hardware if applicable.
6. Attach the skid plate & main body using specified hardware.
7. Lift the bumper and install it into your vehicle with specified hardware.
8. Install the connecting bracket to your vehicle and connect it to the skid plate.
9. Installation is complete. Enjoy your off-road experience with the product!

Tools required

Installation time

Installation instruction

• Step 1 : Remove the factory vehicle front bumper and tow hook.
• Step 2: To assemble the wings & the main body. Use the (M12*30) Hex Bolts groups to assemble them. Tighten up those bolts.
• Step 3: Assemble the license plate bracket (A1, A2, A3) with the (M620) Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screw groups. And then install it into the bumper with the (M620) Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screw groups. Tighten up those bolts.
• Step 4: To assemble the bull bar & the main body. Use the (M8*20) Hex Bolts groups. Repeat the same installation steps in the other side. Tighten up those bolts.
• Step 5: To install the winch power control box bracket. Use the (M820) Hex Bolts, (D8) Split Lock Washer, (M820*1) Flat Washer. This step isn’t 100%necessary. Depends if you have the winch power control box.
• Step 6: To assemble the skid plate & the main body. Use the (M820) Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screw, (D8) Split Lock Washer, (M820*1) Flat Washer.
• Step 7: Lift up the bumper and install it into your vehicle with the (M1235) Hex Bolts, (D12) Split Lock Washer, (M1230*2) Flat Washer, (M12) Hex Nuts . Tighten up those bolts.
• Step 8: Install the connecting bracket to your vehicle with the (M820) Hex Bolts groups. And then connect the bracket to the skid plate with the (M820) Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screw groups.
• Step 9:
