Installation Time

Installation Instruction
Step 1 : Remove the factory front bumper, ready to install our product.
Step 2 : First, in the initial step, connect the wings to the main body using M12*30 hex bolts. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
Step 3 : Install the bull bar to the main body and tighten it with M8*20 hex head screws and nuts.
Step 4 : If you need to install the license plate bracket, first you need to use M620 button head socket cap bolts and nuts to assemble the license plate bracket. Then, use M620 screws to secure it into the main body, as shown in the diagram.
Step 5 : To install the winch power control box bracket, you should use M8*20 hex head screws. This step isn’t 100% necessary. Depends if you have the winch power control box.
Step 6 : Before installing the bumper, use internal tooth star lock washers to secure the M12 bolts to the center installation position on the bar. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
Step 7 : Lift the bumper, align it with the holes, and secure the bumper to the vehicle by using M12 bolts and nuts.
