PRE-INSTALLATION NOTICE
- This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
- Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
- The installation process may require drilling, professional installation is recommended to ensure personal safety.
- All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
REMOVING THE BUMP STOP
STEP 1. Raise the vehicle with a jack and let the suspension kit assembly
can be put into position between the axle and frame.
STEP 2. Remove the factory bump stop.
INSTALLING THE UPPER AND LOWER BRACKETS
STEP 1. Attach the upper mounting bracket( 3 of the Rubber kit list) to the frame.
STEP 2. Install the rubber spring(1 of the Rubber kit list) to the upper mounting bracket( 3 of the Rubber kit list) with washers and lock nuts.
NOTE: If necessary, you can use spacers to achieve the desired height.
STEP 3. Install the lower mounting bracket (10 of the Rubber kit list) with block (14 of the Rubber kit list) to the axle.
STEP 4. Repeat the same process on the other side.
INSTALLATION COMPLETED
