1. **Cutting The Factory Bumper:**
- Step 1: Ready to cut the factory bumper. It is strongly recommended to find a professional for cutting operations.

Cutting The Factory Bumper:

Step 1: Ready to cut the factory bumper. It is strongly recommended for cutting operations.

Step 2: Take safety precautions: Ensure the vehicle is parkedinasafelocationand wear appropriate safety goggles and gloves during the cutting process.If possible, perform the operation outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

Step 3 : Positioning and marking. Identify and mark the areas front bumper that require cutting. It’s important to note that determining the cutting positions on both sides is based on the curve of theinsideofthefactory front bumper, as shown in the picture below. Once theselocationsareconfirmed, use masking tape to mark them.
- Step 4 : Cut the bumper: Carefully cut the bumper usingthechosentool, following the marked positions. Exercise caution to avoid accidental damage or injury, and follow proper cutting techniques. Finishing and refinement: After completing the cut, clean up any debris and refine the cut edges to achieve a neat and smooth appearance.
- Step 5 : If you require the winch bracket, use M10*35 hex boltstofastenitsecurely to the main body
Step 6 : Install the bull bar to the main body and tighten it withM8*20buttonhead socket cap bolts and nuts.
- Step 7 : If you need to install the license plate bracket, use M8*20buttonheadsocket cap bolts and nuts to secure it into the main body, as shown in the diagram.
- Step 8 : Lift the bumper, align it with the holes, and then use the factory bolts to secure the bumper to the vehicle mounting position.
Step 9 : To secure the front bumper, use the connecting bracket and M8*20 button head socket cap bolts to attach it to the factory car bumper.(The connecting bracket ‘1’ is for the driver side, the connectingbracket’2’isforthe passenger side.)
- Step 10 : Finally, use M8*20 button head socket cap bolts toattachthefactoryskid plate to the front bumper.
