Installation instruction
Step 1: Open the Rear hatch and remove the left plastic cover as shown.
You can reinstall it after completing the installation.
Step 2: Next, you need to locate the positioning paper in the package and
cut it to the size shown in the diagram using scissors.
Step 3: Next, use the masking tape to secure the positioning paper onto
the vehicle. When placing it, align the solid line beneath the positioning
paper with the curvature of the vehicle body.
Step 4: Next, align the center of the circular hole on the positioning
paper, drill a 4mm pilot hole and open up to 7mm.
Step 5: Next, use double-sided tape to adhere within the green area of
the ladder top step bracket, and attach the EVA to the contact surface between
the bottom mount bracket and the vehicle.
Step 6: Next, slide the bottom inner plate into the door opening and
assemble it with the bottom mounting bracket using M6*16 screws and washers,
as shown in the diagram.
Step 7: Next, assemble the ladder side profiles (1) onto the bottom mount
bracket. There are two holes on each side that require the installation of
round black rubber pads.
Step 8: Next, assemble the ladder side profiles (3) and right angle ladder steps together onto ladder side profiles (1).
Step 9: Next, assemble the ladder side profiles (2) and inclined ladder
steps together onto ladder side profiles (3).
Step 10: Making sure it is level.
Step 11: Finally, use a cloth to clean the surface of the ladder top step
bracket and the vehicle body. Peel off the double-sided tape on the back of
the bracket, then insert the ladder top step bracket bracket into the groove.
After inserting, use a hard object to inset into the groove to prevent the
bracket from moving. Finally, assemble it onto the ladder using M8*16 screws.
Step 12:
The installation is complete. We hope you enjoy a wonderful off-road life with
