Installation Instruction

1. 1.  **Remove the factory fog light:**

   1. Step 1: Take out the fog light from the factory bumper. Unplug the light wire.

2. Fog Light Installation:

3. Factory Fog Installation: Put the factory fog light into the bumper.

4. Modified Fog Light Installation: Align the four holes. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M412), split lock washer (D4), flat washer (M4101). To install the Modified fog light brackets into the wings. To use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M616), flat washer (M6161), flange hex lock nuts (M6).

5. Install The Bumper:

6. Step 2: Stick the EVA into the main body. To assemble the wings] & the main body. Use the hex bolts (M1230), split lock washer (D12), flat washer (M1225*2), hex nuts (M12). Tighten up those bolts.

7. Step 3: To install the bull bar. Use the button head socket cap
   bolts screws (M1020), flat washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10). Tighten up those bolts.

8. Step 4: To install the mounting brackets. Use the Hex Bolts (M12100), Split Lock Washer(D12), flat washer (M1225*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Don’t tighten up those bolts.

9. Step 5: To install the winch bracket. Use the Hex Bolts (M1230), Split Lock Washer(D12), Flat Washer (M1225*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Tighten up those bolts.

10. Step 6: To install the license plate bracket. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M820), flat washer (M820*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Tighten up those bolts.

11. Step 7: Lift up the bumper into your vehicle. Install it with
    the factory bolts. Keep the bolts loose, raise the bumper, adjust the gap between it and the car, and then tighten the bolts (the step5 & the step 8) after confirming that the desired effect is achieved.

12. Step 8: To install the skid plate. Use the M8 button head socket cap bolts screws groups. Tighten up those bolts.

• Step 7: Lift up the bumper into your vehicle. Install it into with the factory bolts.
  Keep the bolts loose, raise the bumper, adjust the gap between it and the car, and then tighten the bolts (the step5 & the step 8) after confirming that the desired effect is achieved.
  

• Step 8: To install the skid plate. Use the M8 button head socket cap bolts screws groups. Tighten up those bolts.
