a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
b. 4mm & 5mm Hex Bit Socket;
c. 10mm , 13mm, 17mm, 19mm Wrench;
d. Masking Tape;
e. Level Self Leveling;
f. Cutting Machine;
(3) Installation time:
About 2 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ
according to your mechanical skill level.

(4) Installation instruction:
Cutting The Factory Bumper:
Step 1: Ready to cut the factory bumper. It is strongly recommended to find a
professional for cutting operations.
Step 2: Take safety precautions: Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe
location and wear appropriate safety goggles and gloves during the cutting
process. If possible, perform the operation outdoors or in a well-ventilated
area.
Step 3: Positioning and marking. Mark the center position of the installation
holes in the inner fender liners, as shown in the following image. Once you
have located the position, use masking tape to mark it on both sides. Ensure
the tape is applied horizontally, and it is recommended to use a level self
leveling to assist with the marking and positioning.
Step 4: Cut the bumper: Carefully cut the bumper using the chosen tool,
following the marked positions. Exercise caution to avoid accidental damage or
injury, and follow proper cutting techniques.
Finishing and refinement: After completing the cut, clean up any debris and
refine the cut edges to achieve a neat and smooth appearance.
Remove the factory fog light:
Step 5: Take out the fog light from the factory bumper. Unplug the light wire. Use the 10mm shallow socket to loosen the bolt and remove the case.
Fog Light Installation:
Step 6: Put your fog light into the fog light brackets whether yours light is factory or modified fog light.
(1)Factory Fog Installation: Put the factory fog light brackets in the fog light brackets as the picture shown (The brackets need to distinguish the left & right side). Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M412), split lock washer (D4), flat washer (M410*1).
(2) Modified Fog Light Installation: Align the four holes. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M412), split lock washer (D4), flat washer (M410*1).
Step 7: To install the fog light brackets into the wings. To use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M616), flat washer (M616*1), flange hex lock nuts (M6).
Install The Bumper:
Step 8: Stick the EVA into the main body. To assemble the wings & the main body. Use the hex bolts (M1230), split lock washer (D12), flat washer (M1225*2), hex nuts (M12). Tighten up those bolts.

Step 9: To install the bull bar. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M1020), flat washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10). Tighten up those bolts.

Step 10: To install the mounting brackets. Use the Hex Bolts (M12100), Split Lock Washer(D12), flat washer (M1225*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Don’t tighten up those bolts.

Step 11: To install the winch bracket. Use the Hex Bolts (M1230), Split Lock Washer(D12), Flat Washer (M1225*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Tighten up those bolts..

Step 12: To install the license plate bracket. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M820), flat washer (M820*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Tighten up those bolts.

Step 13: Lift up the bumper into your vehicle. Install it into with the factory bolts.
Keep the bolts loose, raise the bumper, adjust the gap between it and the car, and then tighten the bolts (the step7 & the step 10) after confirming that the desired effect is achieved.
Step 14: To install the skid plate & the skid plate bracket. Use the M8 button head socket cap bolts screws groups & the M12 hex bolt groups. Tighten up those bolts.
