Tools Required

• a. 19mm Shallow Socket
• b. 10mm & 13mm Wrench
• c. 14 mm & 19mm Wrench
• d. Drive Socket Wrench
• e. 4mm & 5mm Hex Bit Socket

Installation Time
About 1.5 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.

1. Installation Instructions:
2. Remove the factory front bumper.
3. Install the light bar into the bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
4. Install the connecting bracket into the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M1235), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nuts (M12).
5. This step is optional and not 100% necessary. If you need to use the license plate bracket, please install it with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
6. Lift up the bumper and install it with the factory nuts.
7. The installation is complete. Enjoy a wonderful off-road life with this quality Hooke Road product!

Installation instruction:

• Step 1:
  Remove the factory front bumper. As the picture shown.

• Step 2 : Install the light bar into the bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).

• Step 3 : Install the connecting bracket into the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M1235), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nuts (M12).
