Smart switch products are suitable for electrical equipment such as lighting, fans, curtains, etc., through the network, voice and APP remote control functions, with various sensors to easily achieve home automation.

INSTALLATION

This product installation requires handling 100-240 volt wiring.
Follow each step carefully.
If any concerns handling wiring, hire a qualified electrician.
Ensure all work meets applicable local and national codes.

Turn off the power and use the electrical tester to test the power.

Remove The Panel
Remove the switch panel cover of the switch.
Mount The Switch
Use the screws provided.
Attach The Wallplate
Attach the adapter to the switch using the screws provided and snap on the wallplate.
Turn On The Power
Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

COMMISSIONING

Download the application and register
Scan the QR code and download the Immax Neo Pro application. Or find and install the Immax NEO Pro app in the App Store or Google Play.

Launch Immax Neo Pro and click “Register” and create your own account using a phone number or email.
When you have finished registration, log in to your account.
Adding a device in a simplified procedure (recommended)
Make sure the Immax NEO switch is connected to the mains.
Make sure your mobile phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network to which you want to connect the switch (the device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi).
Put the switch in pairing mode. Hold down the power button for at least 5 seconds before the white LED flashes.
Open the Immax Neo Pro application and click on the “+” in the upper right corner of the application
Select the type of device you want to add, confirm that the “LED is flashing fast”.
Enter the password for the Wi-Fi network to which your mobile phone is connected.
Confirm the entered password and wait for the device to be added. The device should then appear in the product list.

RESET

Hold down the power button for at least 5 seconds before the white LED flashes.
