Safety precautions

The following safety precautions must always be followed to reduce the risk of electric shock, personal injury or fire. It is important to read all the instructions before using the product, and to keep them for future reference or transfer to third parties. Read all instructions before use.

This appliance can be used by minors of age of over 8 years, from people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or from unexperted persons only if previously have been instructed on safety and only if informed of the relevant danger to the same product. Children cannot play with the appliance.

Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance cannot be done by children without adult supervision. Keep the appliance and the power cord out of reach of children under 8 years.

After removing the packaging, make sure of the integrity of the appliance, in case of doubt, do not use it and contact qualified personnel. The packaging elements (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) Must not be left within reach of children as they are potential sources of danger.

This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was specifically designed. Any other use is to be considered improper and therefore dangerous, and will invalidate the warranty. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper, erroneous or unreasonable use.

Before connecting the appliance, check that the voltage values shown on the data plate correspond to those of the mains. This appliance is intended for use in domestic and similar applications.

Always unplug from the power outlet when the unit is not in use, if it is left unattended, before connecting or disconnecting accessories, or before starting a new cleaning cycle.

Before each use, check that the appliance is in good condition, that the power cord is not damaged: in case of doubt, contact professionally qualified personnel.

Make sure that the cable is positioned correctly and that it is not in contact with hot parts or sharp edges, nor wrapped around the appliance or twisted on itself or caught, to avoid an accidental fall of the appliance.

Never pour water directly into the appliance.
Avoid touching the appliance with wet or damp hands and using it barefoot.
Do not insert objects (such as: screwdrivers, punched items, cards, etc.) in the slots of the appliance for any reason.
Before maintenance or cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and, if just used, wait for it to cool down.
Do not pull the cord to move the appliance.
Do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun, rain, etc.).

Do not place the appliance near sources of heat, flames or flammable materials.

Do not operate the appliance without food inside.
Do not wrap food with foil, aluminium foil or bags.
Use the appliance only to heat food.
Do not heat in the microwave.
Do not let the cord hang down in a place where it could be grabbed by a child.

Instruction for use
Before using, wash and dry the plates. Then put the food into the plates.
Insert the plate into the lunch box, then, fasten down the lunch box lid to the lunch box.
Plug in the device
Power indicator lights up and the device starts heating the food.

Notice: the heating time depends on food quantity and its initial temperature. Generally 25-40 minutes are enough. At low temperature, i.E. Refrigerated food, heating time can increase.
Unplug the device before enjoying the meal.

Warning: in order not to damage the device, press the air valve with your fingertip to open when operating. The container is not hermetic.

Cleaning and maintenance

Before proceeding with any cleaning operation, please disconnect the power plug and let the product cool down.
The containers should be washed immediately after use to avoid the formation of unpleasant odors.
Do not use abrasive brushes or sponges to clean the containers.
Only the containers, lids and spoon should be washed with dish soap and water. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
All other components (power cord excluded) must be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth

Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment. The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately collected.

GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

This appliance has been checked in the factory. From the date of original purchase a 24 month guarantee applies to material and production defects. The purchase receipt and the guarantee certificate must be submitted together in case of claim to guarantee.

The guarantee is valid only with a guaranty certificate and proof of purchase (fiscal receipt) indicating the date of purchase and the model of the appliance

For any technical assistance, please contact directly the seller or our head office in order to preserve the appliance’s efficiency and NOT TO void the guarantee. Any intervention on this appliance by non-authorized persons will automatically void the guarantee.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

If the appliance shows defects as a result of faulty material and/or production during the period of guarantee, we guarantee repair free of charge on condition that:

  • The appliance has been used properly and for the purpose for which it has been intended.
  • The appliance has not been tampered with, otherwise it is not maintainable.
  • The purchase receipt shall be presented.
  • The appliance showing a fair wear and tear shall not be covered by this guarantee.

Therefore, any part that could be accidentally broken or having visible signs of use in consumable products (such as lamps, batteries, heating elements…) the aesthetic parts are excluded from the guarantee, and any defect whatsoever resulting from non-respect of the rules for use, negligence in usage and/or maintenance of the appliance, carelessness, wrong or improper installation, damage during transport and any other damage not attributable the supplier.

For every defect that could not be repaired within the guarantee period, the appliance will be replaced free of charge.

In any case, if the part to be replaced for defect, breakage or malfunction is an accessory and/or a detachable part of the product, Beper reserves the right to replace only the very part in question and not the entire product Contact your distributor in your country or after sales department Beper.
