ASSEMBLY STEPS

Figure A shows a diagram of the tractor’s structure and the tools needed to assemble it.
The listed tools for assembling the tractor are not provided:

  1. Screwdriver

  2. Pliers

  3. Hammer

  4. Spanner

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER – FIGURE B.1:

    • a) Place the left front fender on the axle above the front steering coupler. Push gently to secure it. Install the right fender in the same way. Check that the fenders are securely fitted to the axle. They should rotate when the front axle is turned.
    • b) Then place a washer on the axle coming over the fender. Fix using a nut and spanner. Check again that the front fender rotates in line with the front axle.
  6. INSTALL STEERING LEVER, REAR AXLE AND REDUCER – FIGURE B.2MONI-HL-3388-Battery-Operated-Childrens-Tractor- \(5\)
Lift the body and thread the right end of the steering shaft through the opening in the front gearbox, which is attached to the tractor body. The closed part of the steering shaft must be fixed to the front axle. Thread the rear axle through the corresponding openings in the body. Fix it using the sleeves – damper and retaining blocks as shown in the figure. Then mount the left and right drive motors (gearboxes) and connect the motor cables to the tractor cables. Note! The rear axle may be factory mounted to the tractor body.

  7. INSTALL FRONT AND REAR WHEELS – FIGURE B.3MONI-HL-3388-Battery-Operated-Childrens-Tractor- \(6\)
Installing front wheels: Insert on both sides of the front axle in the following sequence: washer → front wheel → washer → M10 nut. Fix the ends on both sides using a spanner. Fit the decorative wheel caps.

    • Installing rear wheels: Fit one rear wheel on each side of the rear axle. The wheel sprocket should fit snugly against the rear reducer sprocket. Then insert a washer on each side. Fix the ends on both sides using M10 nuts and a spanner. Fit the decorative wheel caps.
  8. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL – FIGURE B.4:MONI-HL-3388-Battery-Operated-Childrens-Tractor- \(7\)
Connect the steering wheel cable to the one coming from the tractor body. Place the steering wheel on the steering shaft. Align the holes on the steering wheel and steering shaft through which the retaining bolt will pass. Push the bolt through and secure it using a screwdriver and nut.

  9. INSTALL EXHAUST SILENCER – FIGURE B.5:
Insert the exhaust silencer into the hole on the right side of the tractor body. Press gently to secure it. The muffler is installed when you hear a clicking sound.

  10. INSTALLING THE SEAT AND CONNECTING THE TRACTOR CABLES TO THE BATTERY – FIGURE B.6:MONI-HL-3388-Battery-Operated-Childrens-Tractor- \(8\)

    • Installing armrests: Insert the armrests into the installation points on each side of the seat and fix well. Attention! Do not apply too much force to avoid breaking any of the parts.
    • Seat installing: Connect the tractor main power cable to the battery (red tractor cable to red battery terminal). Never reverse polarity. Never connect the black cable to the red terminal, or vice versa. Doing so may cause a short circuit. Turn on the power to verify that the connection was successful and there is current on the circuit. Place the seat in its intended location on the tractor body. Press until you hear a click. Then fix the seat using screws if necessary. Align the seat holes for the fixing screws with the corresponding openings on the tractor body. Insert the screws into these holes and tighten them using a screwdriver.
  11. INSTALL THE WHEELS ON THE TRAILER – FIGURE B.7:
Turn the trailer body backwards. Attach the wheel tie to the trailer. Secure the coupler to the trailer using self-tapping ST4.0*12 screws (7.a). Thread the trailer wheel axle through the holes in the coupling (7.b). Insert both sides of the axle in the following sequence: gasket → washer → wheel → washer → M10 nut. Tighten the nuts using a spanner. This will fix the wheels. Attach the decorative plugs to the wheels.

  12. INSTALL THE TRAILOR FENCE – FIGURE B.8:MONI-HL-3388-Battery-Operated-Childrens-Tractor- \(9\)
Connect fences 1, 2 and 3 to each other and fix them using the 4 ST4.0 screws (8.a). Place the assembled fence at the installation points on each side of the trailer base and push until you hear a click (8.b).
Attention! Do not apply too much force to avoid breaking any of the parts.

  13. INSTALL THE TRAILER TO THE TRACTOR BODY – FIGURE B.9:MONI-HL-3388-Battery-Operated-Childrens-Tractor- \(10\)
Insert the trailer into the rear hull of the tractor at the appropriate holder. Align the holes on the holder and the trailer intended for the locking bolt. Then thread the bolt through them to secure the trailer to the tractor body.

Maintenance and storage:

  1. The responsibility to check the main parts of the toy before use is entirely to the parents/ adult. Regularly check for potential risk of damage/injury – the battery, adapter, electric cables or wires, bushings, screws, body, moving systems, wheels, fastening components – whether they are in good working condition or not, whether there is any damage, broken or chipped parts. If you find any, you must stop using the product, until the damage is removed. Contact the shop you bought the product from or the importer.
  2. Make sure that the plastic parts of the toy are not cracked or broken.
  3. From time to time use lubricating oil, in order to oil the moving parts such as wheels and moving connections. You must apply a very thin layer of the oil and be careful while applying it.
