Product Information
The USB to HDMI / DP / VGA Adapter is a product offered by StarTech.com. It supports Windows operating system only. The adapter allows you to connect your computer to a display using HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA cables (sold separately). It also supports audio output, except for VGA.

Product Usage Instructions
Driver Installation:
The driver installation is automatic for Windows 10 and above in most situations. If the drivers do not install automatically, contact your IT administrator or department to allow the driver installation. For other supported operating systems, you can download the latest drivers from www.StarTech.com/Support.
Installation:

1. Connect the USB Host Connection of the adapter to an available USB port on the host computer.
Note: This adapter is supported on Windows only.

1. Connect an HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA cable (sold separately) from the video output on the USB Video Adapter to the HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA input on the display.
- Arrange the display using Windows built-in Display Settings.
- (Optional) Change the default audio device to the USB Video Adapter using Windows built-in Sound Settings.
Note: VGA does not support audio output.

Installation
Installing the Video Adapter

Connect the USB Host Connection to an available USB Port, on the Host Computer.
Note: This adapter is supported on Windows only -
Connect an HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA Cable (sold separately) from the Video Output on the USB Video Adapter, to the HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA Input on the Display.

Arrange the display using Windows built-in Display Settings.

(Optional) Change the default Audio Device to the USB Video Adapter using Windows built-in Sound Settings.
Note: VGA does not support audio output
