Product Introduction
The ATUMTEK Wireless Remote Shutter is a device that allows you to control your phone camera remotely. It features an ON/OFF button, a remote release button, an LED indicator light, and a replaceable battery.

Product Usage Instructions

Switch On:
Switch on the button on the right side first, then press and hold the remote shutter button for 3 seconds to activate the remote. The LED indicator light will flash, indicating that the remote shutter is ready to connect. -
Switch Off:
To turn off the remote shutter, switch off the button on the right side directly. -
Bluetooth Connection:
After switching on the remote shutter, open the Bluetooth settings on your phone, search for and connect to the ATUMTEK device. Once connected, the LED indicator light will turn off. The remote will automatically connect with the same phone device after the first connection.
Note: -
The remote will automatically power off after 5 minutes of no connection, and the LED indicator light will be off.

If you have multiple ATUMTEK remotes, make sure to clear other devices or rename them for easy distinction.

If your phone is connected to too many Bluetooth devices, please clear some first and then try again.

Taking Pictures and Recording Videos:
After the Bluetooth connection, open the phone camera directly. To capture a photo, press the remote button once. For video recording, select the video option in the phone camera and press the remote button once to start recording. Press the button again to stop recording.
Note: The remote can only control the phone camera directly and cannot control phone apps. -
Low Battery:
If the remote indicator light is off and the remote does not connect or take pictures, it means the battery is low. To replace the battery, push the back cover of the remote control to open it and replace the cell battery with a new one (Model: 3V Lithium Battery CR2032). The new battery works for around 6 months. -
About Android System Phones Connection:
Some Android phones use the volume button to control the camera or zoom. To use the remote shutter, please reset the phone camera settings, find the volume key function, and set it to “shutter” (Do not select zoom or focus).

Switch On

Switch Off
Switch off the button on the right side directly to close the remote shutter.
Bluetooth Connection
After switching on the remote shutter, please open the phone Bluetooth
settings, search for and connect to the “ATUMTEK” device. Once connected, the
indicator light will turn off. The Remote will automatically connect with the
same phone device after the first time connection.
- The Remote will automatically power off after 5mins no connection, indicator light will be off.

The remote indicator light is off when the battery is low, and will not
connect or take pictures
To replace the battery
Push the back cover of the remote control to open the remote battery then
replace the cell battery with a new one (Model: 3V Lithium Battery CR2032).
The new battery works for around 6 months.
About Android System Phone Connection
Some Android phones use phone volume buttons to control the camera or zoom. Please reset on phone camera settings, find the volume key function, and set the volume key function to shutter. (Do not select zoom or focus.)
