SERVER 80104 InSweeten Dispenser
Product Information
- Model: INS
Thank you for choosing our product! Our INS model is designed to perfectly sweeten your ingredients every time. It comes with various features and parts to ensure convenient and accurate portion dispensing.
Assembly
Before using the product, it is important to wash all parts properly.
Please refer to page 5 of the user manual for detailed instructions.
- Select Portion Trigger: If more than one portion trigger is provided, choose the appropriate one. The trigger determines the size of the dispensed portion.
- Insert Trigger: With the unit upside down on the countertop, slide the spring end of the trigger assembly into the side slot. Make sure the smooth side of the trigger faces down. The portion size is also stamped in the trigger cavity.
- Install Closer Plate: Insert the closer plate into the unit body by holding it with the grasp tab. Slowly push the trigger assembly into the unit body, ensuring that the spring does not pop loose. Insert the closer plate rim tab into the largest interior opening of the trigger.
- Install Spreader: Rotate the spreader clockwise onto the unit body to tighten it.
- Fill Unit: Flip the unit right-side up and add the granular ingredient.
- Install Lid: Rotate the lid clockwise onto the unit body to tighten it. Refill the unit when the product level falls below the fill line.

storing and serving foods at the appropriate temperatures. Please check with
your local food and safety regulators for specific guidelines. Server

Disassembly
- Remove Lid: Unscrew and remove the lid.
- Empty Unit: Pour out any remaining ingredient.
- Remove Spreader: Unscrew and remove the spreader.
- Remove Closer Plate: Set the unit upside down on the countertop. Grasp the tab of the closer plate while holding the trigger in. Pull the closer plate up and out of the unit, ensuring that the spring does not pop loose.
- Remove Trigger Assembly: Remove the trigger assembly from the side slot of the unit.
Cleaning
- Wash: After disassembly, wash all parts with dishwashing detergent and hot water. Avoid using abrasive pads that could scratch surfaces.
- Rinse: Fully rinse all parts thoroughly with clear water.
- Sanitize: Sanitize all parts according to local sanitization requirements. All parts that come in contact with food must be sanitized.
- Air Dry: Allow all parts to fully air dry before refilling.
Note: Use dishwashing soap and hot water to clean the product. Avoid using abrasive pads that could scratch surfaces.
SweetStationTM Rack Mounting
The lightweight, wall-mounted rack securely holds the dispensers in place
for single-handed operation. The key slot mounting makes removal easy. Please
refer to the diagram below for proper installation.

General Service, Repair, or Returns
If you need to send any item to Server Products for service, repair, or
return, please contact our customer service to request a Return Authorization
Number. The merchandise must be sent to Server Products with this number. Our
service is extremely prompt, and units are typically repaired and shipped out
within 48 hours of receipt. Merchandise being returned for credit must be in
new and unused condition, not more than 90 days old, and will be subject to a
20% restocking charge.
Page 5 of the user manual contains additional information about a lightweight, wall-mounted rack for holding the dispensers.
ASSEMBLY
WASH ALL PARTS
PROPERLY BEFORE USE. See page 5.

SELECT PORTION TRIGGER (if more than one is provided).
- Trigger determines portion size dispensed.

INSERT TRIGGER
- With unit upside down on countertop, slide spring end of trigger assembly into side slot.
- Smooth side of trigger should face down.

INSTALL CLOSER PLATE into unit body.
- Hold closer plate by grasp tab.
- Slowly push trigger assembly into unit body. Ensure spring does not pop loose.
- Insert closer plate rim tab into largest interior opening of trigger.

INSTALL SPREADER onto unit body, rotating clockwise to tighten.

FILL UNIT
Flip unit right-side up and add granular ingredient. -
INSTALL LID onto unit body, rotating clockwise to tighten.

served at certain temperatures or they could become hazardous. Check with
local food and safety regulators for specific guidelines. Server Products,
Inc. cannot be responsible for the serving of potentially hazardous product.

Clean, rinse, sanitize, and dry parts daily or regularly to comply with local
sanitization requirements.

DISASSEMBLY
- REMOVE LID
- EMPTY UNIT
- Pour out any remaining ingredient.
- REMOVE SPREADER
- REMOVE CLOSER PLATE
- Set unit upside down on countertop.
- Grasp tab of closer plate while holding trigger in.
- Pull closer plate up and out of unit.
- Slowly release trigger to home position, to ensure spring does not pop loose.
- REMOVE TRIGGER ASSEMBLY from side slot of unit.
CLEANING
WASH
After disassembly, wash all parts with dishwashing detergent and hot water.
RINSE
Fully rinse all parts thoroughly with clear water.
SANITIZE
all parts according to local sanitization requirements. All parts in contact
with food must be sanitized.
AIR DRY
all parts fully before refilling.

- Do not use cleansing agents with high concentrations of acid, alkaline or chlorine.
- Do not use metal scrapers or cleaning pads that could scratch surfaces.

SWEETSTATION™ RACK MOUNTING
- Select wall location or sturdy vertical surface for mounting.
- Determine proper mounting hardware you will need to supply.
- Consider best placement for ease of use.
- Locate (4) mounting holes 7″ and 2-3/8″ apart as shown in diagram below.
TROUBLESHOOTING
INCONSISTENT PORTIONS?
Heat and moisture can cause ingredients to settle and become packed in.
- Shake unit to dislodge light clumping.
- Ensure ingredients have not become clogged within the unit—disassemble and inspect.
- Clean unit and air dry fully before refilling.
- Ensure ingredient level is above fill line.
TRIGGER WON’T PUSH IN?
Ensure closer plate is properly installed with rim tab in the largest
opening of trigger.
