SERVER 88000 Eco 1 oz Stainless Steel Condiment Pump
Product Information
The Server Eco PumpTM is a product designed for dispensing various food products. The pump is made up of several parts including the head assembly piston, seal, pinch valve, gaging collar, cylinder, spring, o-ring and lid. It can be easily installed into product containers and is designed to eliminate air bubbles and dispense only the product.
Usage Instructions
- Remove pump from the box and disassemble it. Wash, rinse, and sanitize all the pump parts properly before use.
- Install the seal onto the head assembly piston. Apply a small amount of food equipment lubricant inside the seal. Ensure that the flared end of the seal faces away from the piston head. Install the pinch valve securely to the seal end. Squeeze the pinch valve open before installation.
- Install the gaging collar onto the side of the head assembly piston.
- Insert the spring into the cylinder and then add the o-ring onto the cylinder by pushing it down overall threading on the cylinder.
- Insert the pump into the product container. Prime the pump by continuously pressing on the pump until any air bubbles are eliminated and only the product is dispensed.
- Add the lid onto the cylinder.
- Install the head assembly into the cylinder. Apply a small amount of food equipment lubricant to the outside of the seal. Slide the locking collar down onto the cylinder threading. Tighten firmly.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

- Add the lid onto the cylinder.
- Install the head assembly into the cylinder. Apply a small amount of food equipment lubricant to the outside of the seal. Slide the locking collar down onto the cylinder threading. Tighten firmly.
- Insert pump into product container. Prime pump by continuously pressing on the pump until any air bubbles are eliminated and only product is dispensed.
