Tools required
- Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
- 4mm Hex Bit Socket;
- 10mm, 13mm, 19mm Wrench;
- 13mm, 19mm Shallow Socket;
Installation Time
- About 1.5 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.
- (PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!)

Installation Instruction
- Step 1: Remove the factory front bumper, ready to install our product.
- Step 2: Stick the EVA into the main body. To assemble the wings & the main body. Use the Hex Bolts (M1230), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Repeat the same installation in the other side.
- Step 3: Assemble the license plate bracket (A1, A2, A3) with the (M620) Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screw groups. And then install it into the bumper with the (M620) Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screw groups. Tighten up those bolts.
- Step 4: To install the Decorative Plate. Use the (M6*20) Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screw groups.
- Step 5: To assemble the bull bar & the main body. Use the (M8*20) Hex Bolts groups. Tighten up those bolts.
- Step 6: To install the winch power control box bracket. Use the (M8*20) Hex Bolts groups. This step isn’t 100% necessary. Depends if you have the winch power control box.
- Step 7: Lift up the bumper and install it into your vehicle with the (M1235) Hex Bolts, (D12) Split Lock Washer, (M1230*2) Flat Washer, (M12) Hex Nuts . Tighten up those bolts.
- Step 8: The installation is complete. We hope you enjoy a wonderful off-road life with this quality Hooke Road product!
