SERVER 85784 Remote Dispensing TWIN Pouch System
Product Information
The Remote Dispensing, TWIN Pouch System is a product designed for dispensing
sauces and condiments from pouches. The system includes a pump, mounting
bracket, hose assembly, turn-key clamps,
coupling, dispensing caps, 16mm adapters, brush, evacuation plates, torsion
springs, pouch supports, and a Wirewise Rack. The system is designed to
provide complete view for reference during usage.
Product Usage Instructions
- Mount the Wirewise Rack on a flat surface in a convenient location.
- Attach the Pump to the Mounting Bracket using the supplied screws.
- Attach the Hose Assembly to the Pump and secure it with the Turn-Key Clamps.
- Attach the Coupling to the Hose Assembly.
- Attach the Dispensing Caps to the Coupling.
- If using pouches with a 16mm fitment, attach the 16mm Adapters to the Dispensing Caps.
- Attach the Pouch Supports to the Wirewise Rack.
- Slide the pouches into the Pouch Supports with the fitment facing up.
- Insert the Evacuation Plates into the pouches and secure them with Torsion Springs.
- Use the Brush to clean any excess product from around the Dispensing Caps and Coupling.
- To dispense product, press down on the Dispensing Caps with one hand while holding a plate or container underneath with the other hand.
