SERVER Eco Pump for 38 mm Bottle
Product Information: Server Eco PumpTM
The Server Eco PumpTM is a pump designed for dispensing sauces, dressings, and condiments in foodservice settings. It is a durable and reliable pump that can be used with a variety of containers up to one gallon in size. The pump is made of high-quality materials that are easy to clean and maintain.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Remove the pump from the box and disassemble it.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all parts before use.
- Install the O-ring into the seal and apply food equipment lubricant on the O-ring.
- Install the seal onto the head assembly piston. Apply a small amount of food equipment lubricant inside the seal. The flared end of the seal should face away from the piston head. Install the pinch valve securely to the seal end. Squeeze the pinch valve open before installation.
- Install the gaging collar(s) onto the side of the head assembly piston to reduce portion size.
- Insert the spring into the cylinder.
- Snap the cap onto the cylinder. Press firmly to secure the cap down overall threading on the cylinder.
- Install the head assembly into the cylinder. Apply a small amount of food equipment lubricant inside the top of the cylinder and outside of the seal. Slide the locking collar down onto the cylinder threading. Tighten firmly.
Once you have completed these steps, your Server Eco PumpTM is ready to use. Simply place it on top of your desired container and begin pumping. The pump dispenses a consistent portion size with each stroke, making it easy to control portions and reduce waste.
