Plastic Lid Assembly
This product is a plastic lid assembly that is suitable for use with several models including 80310, 83214, 87253, 87257, 87915,and 87923. The product is NSF International listed, meaning it meets the standards for public health, safety, and environmental protection. The lids are dishwasher safe and must be cleaned regularly to maintain hygiene. The product must not be cleaned with abrasive, caustic, or ammonia-based cleansers and should not be cleaned with metal scrapers or cleaning pads that could scratch surfaces.
Product Usage Instructions

Clean the lid assembly before first use and after every use.
Disassemble the lid assembly and clean all parts with dishwashing soap and hot water. -
Rinse all parts fully with clear water.

Sanitize all parts according to local sanitization requirements. All parts in contact with food must be sanitized.

Air dry all parts fully before reassembling.

To assemble the lid, press firmly to snap hinges together.

To disassemble the lid, twist to snap hinges apart.

For colored jars (black, white, orange), squeeze jar sides to release lid tabs from holes. For clear jars, focus pressure on oneside of the jar to release lid tab from hole and then slide out other lid tab. Do not force the lid off as it could snap off the lid tabs.
