Battery Tray Details: Fits two batteries: N70zz 12-inch case and N50zz 10-inch case.

Included Components

  • 1 x 6mm bolt, nut & washers
  • 2 x 4mm bolt
  • 1 x 4mm bolt & nut
  • 1 x Support Bracket
  • 1 x Hold Down with J Hooks

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Battery Tray fits into the front of the right-hand driver side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
  2. Remove the existing battery tray.
  3. Sit the new tray into place. There is a support bracket to the engine side on the underneath of the tray and one to the right-front corner, which has an earth wire leading to it. Place 2 x 4mm bolts in the threaded holes.
  4. The tray also has a support bracket that bolts to the firewall using the existing bolt in the firewall. Fix the bracket to the tray using the 4mm bolt & nut.
  5. There is a support bracket under the tray and a hole in the skirt. Place 1 x 6mm bolt, washers, and nut through the bracket and hole, and tighten all nuts & bolts.
  6. Sit batteries in the tray.
  7. Fit battery hold downs and tighten.

INSTALLATION

  1. 1. Battery Tray fits into the front of the right-hand driver side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
  2. Once you remove existing battery tray, sit new tray into place. There is a support bracket to the engine side on the underneath of the tray and one to the right-front corner. It has an earth wire leading to it. Place 2 x 4mm bolts in the threaded holes.
