Product Usage Instructions

Step 1:
Position the Battery Tray underneath the vehicle on the driver’s side. Ensure it is aligned with the chassis.

Step 2:
The support leg of the Battery Tray should face towards the rear of the vehicle. Align the hole in the support leg with the hole in the crossmember. Insert 1 x 6mm bolt through the hole and secure it with washers and a nut. Tighten the bolt.

Step 3:
Locate the two holes at the back of the box. Insert 2 x 6mm long bolts through these holes. One bolt should be placed on top of the chassis and the other under the chassis rail. Put the bracket onto the bolts and secure it with nuts. Tighten the nuts.

Step 4:
Place the battery into the box. Then, put on the front cover and secure it with 4mm nuts. Tighten the nuts.

Note: For steps 2 and 3, it is recommended to have someone familiar with the fitting process proofread the instructions to ensure accuracy.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Battery Tray fits underneath the vehicle on the drivers side and bolts to the chassis. It sits about 50mm lower than the chassis but no lower than the crossmember.
  2. Sit Battery Tray into position; the support leg faces towards the rear of the vehicle. Align the hole in the support leg with hole in crossmember. Place 1 x 6mm bolt washers & nut through hole and tighten.
  3. There are two holes in the back of the box. Place 2 x 6mm long bolts through holes. One bolt sits on top of the chassis and one under the chassis rail. Place bracket onto bolts. Place nuts on and tighten.
  4. Place the battery in the box then place the front cover on and fit 4mm nuts and tighten.

Can points 2 & 3 please be proof read by someone who is more familiar with the fitting process
