FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

- PART NUMBER TR4610 / TR4554 / TR4560
The internal tie rod end components are inserted in the following order and include Spacer, Spring, Seat, Ball Stud, Seat, End Plug and Split Pin. During fitment, the End Plug must be fully tightened to fully compress the spring, then backed off to allow for the required ball stud rotational torque, as per manufacturers specifications. The Split Pin must be fitted into the grooved End Plug, following correct assembly & fitment, to lock into place. This unit is greasable. It requires full greasing upon fitment and re-greasing on each service. Failure to grease adequately will void warranty.
