Mount KEEROLL control panel to the wall at least 1.5M from the floor.

Mount RS3 TGL868 safety transmitter to the middle of the bottom slat of the door, as shown in manual. The bottom slat must have a tolerance of minimum 2mm of movement.

Connect motor wires to control panel as shown below. Normally 3 is brown, 4 is black, 5 is blue.

Plug in power lead to control panel and switch it on.
Below shows the functions of the buttons on the touch display.

Turn on dipswitch 1 and press and hold the open & close buttons to check the door runs in the correct direction. If not, press the courtesy light (bulb) button to change it.

Run the door all the way to the bottom limit, turn off dipswitch 1.

Program the safety transmitter into the panel.

Press the white programming button on the control panel (under the dipswitches) for a second until you hear a beep, within 10 seconds press the Prog button on the transmitter, panel will beep to confirm, press the white button on the panel again, you will hear two beeps.

Program the door as shown below. This teaches the control panel the run time and learns the safety.

Enter Installer mode: Press the maintenance indicator lights ON, a beep will be heard. Select dipswitch 2 at ON: 7

  1. Press with the door the control panel will ini- tiate and auto-programming sequence

  2. Door opens 2 seconds

  3. Door closes automatically

  4. Door stops

  5. Door opens automatically

  6. Door stops

  7. Auto close time.

  8. Press on cover and door closes

  9. Door Stop

  10. Door opens automatically *Only with RadioSens3

  11. Door closes automatically. *Only with RadioSens3

  12. Maintenance indicator lights off. End programming.

By default, RadioSens3 system adds an inhibition zone of maximum 4cm at the end of the closing movement.

Run the door a couple of times to check the sensitivity of the safety. Check that the door stops and reverses when it hits an obstacle (your hand), and that it closes without giving false activations. Be careful not to trigger the thermal cut-out.

To adjust the sensitivity, change the position of the potentiometer on the safety transmitter. 0 is the most sensitive, 9 is the least sensitive. The transmitter must be reprogrammed into the panel each time it is changed.

NOTE: The safety must always start from the fully open position. If the door is part way open it can be closed in deadman from the panel or a remote.

Program the remotes.
Make sure the door is fully closed.

Press the radio link button (bottom right) until you get one flash, then release. Press the top button on your remotes one after another, the panel will beep each time. Press the radio link button again.

Press and hold the radio link button, you will get one flash, a pause, then two flashes, release after the two flashes. Press the bottom button on your remotes one after another, the panel will beep each time. Press the radio link button again.

The top button will work the door sequentially (open – stop – close)

The bottom button will close the door in deadman if the door is part way open or if there’s ever a problem with the safety.

Refer to page 20 of the manual if you need to reset the transmitters.

Program the alarm.
Press and hold the radio link button until you get 4 flashes, then release the button. Activate the alarm by moving the magnet away from the contact a couple of times, the panel will beep to confirm. Press the radio link button again.

Turn on dipswitch 4.

Open and close the door, then break the alarm contact and check that the alarm activates. Have a remote control to hand to turn off the alarm.

Then install the alarm 5 – 25cm from the floor, with a maximum 20mm gap.

Low battery indicators.
Remotes – faint red flashes on remote when a button is pressed. Replace with 1 x CR2032.

Safety transmitter – 4 beeps every 20 seconds & lit on control panel. Replace with 2 x AA.

Alarm – flashing on panel. Replace with 1 x CR2032
