Product Usage Instructions
Hardwire Fixture Installation
- Attach the MOUNTING PLATE (H) to the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (J). Ensure the junction box is securely mounted to the building structure.
- Connect the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the outlet box or the GROUND SCREW (L) on the MOUNTING PLATE (H). Never connect ground wire to hot wire to avoid serious injury or death.
- Connect the white fixture lead to the neutral (Generally white) wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (K).
- Secure the connection with electrical tape to prevent short circuits.
- Connect the black fixture to the hot (Generally black) wire in the junction box. Fasten the joined wires securely. Ensure hot and neutral wires are not reversed to avoid serious injury or death.
- Attach the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) to the MOUNTING PLATE (A) and secure with the SET SCREWS (E).
- Place the SHADE (K) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) and secure using the RING (I).
- Screw the BULB (J) into the SOCKET of the fixture. Use a 60-watt Type A lamp or lower. Do not exceed the recommended wattage.
- Restore power to the outlet at the breaker or fuse box.
- Turn on the SWITCH (L) on the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) to activate the light.
Plug-in Fixture Installation
- Mark holes on the wall for the WALL ANCHORS (F) and insert them.
- Attach the MOUNTING PLATE (A) to the wall and secure it using WOOD SCREWS (G) into the WALL ANCHORS (F).
- Attach the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) to the MOUNTING PLATE (A) and secure with the SET SCREWS (E).
- Place the SHADE (K) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) and secure using the RING (I).
- Screw the BULB (J) into the SOCKET of the fixture. Use a 60-watt Type A lamp or lower. Do not exceed the recommended wattage.
- Restore power to the outlet at the breaker or fuse box.
- Plug the CORD (M) into the wall outlet.
- Turn on the SWITCH (L) on the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) to activate the light.

HARDWIRE FIXTURE INSTALLATION
- Attach the MOUNTING PLATE (H) to the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (J). This fixture is designed to be mounted on a standard round or octagon junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building.
- Attach the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the outlet box (Generally green or bare copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW (L) on the MOUNTING PLATE (H). NEER CONNECT GROUND WIRETO “HOT” WIREĞ FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
- Connect the white fixture lead to the neutral (Generally white) wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wire together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (K). Starting 1″ below the fastener, tightly wrap the connection with electrical tape so that the connection seals the end of the fastener. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRES OR STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUITĞ
- Connect the black fixture to the hot (Generally black) wire in the junction box. Fasten the joined wires the same as in the previous step. NEER REERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
- Attach the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) to the MOUNTING PLATE (A) and secure with the SET SCREWS(E).
- Place the SHADE (K) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H) and secure using the RING (I).
- Screw the BULB (J) up into the SOCKET of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 60-WATT TYPE ALAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGEĞ
- Restore power to the outlet at the breaker or fuse box.
- Turn the SWITCH (L) on the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (H).
