Care and maintenance
Your Fondue Set requires minimal maintenance. If you experience a malfunction, please contact us by emailing info@fondussimo.com.
- Always let the appliance cool down before cleaning.
- After use, wipe the electrical base with a damp cloth and dry it well.
- Soak the pot and clean it by hand using regular dishwashing soap. We recommend soaking the pot and baskets immediately after the meal, once the pot has cooled down.
- If the ceramic bowl is hot, do not put it in contact with cold water, as the thermal shock may cause it to shatter. We recommend waiting for the various parts of the appliance to cool down before rinsing them, either by leaving them on the electrical base when it is switched off or by removing them with oven mitts and placing them on a trivet or wooden board.
- Always store the appliance in a safe and dry place.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products to clean the appliance.

Any special use requested by the consumer, communicated to the seller at the latest at the time of conclusion of the contract and accepted by the seller shall also be covered.
All accessories, including packaging and installation instructions, are also covered.
It is also guaranteed that the products will correspond to the quantity, quality and other characteristics, including durability, functionality, compatibility and safety, that the consumer can legitimately expect for goods of the same type, taking into account the nature of the good as well as public statements made by the seller, by any person further up the transaction chain, or by a person acting on their behalf, including in advertising or on labelling.
In the event of a warranty claim, we reserve the right to repair the defective product or to replace it with a new or reconditioned product. International DCI Inc.5 informs the consumer of the warranty linked to “hidden defects” of the Product, i.e. “hidden defects of the product sold which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or which reduce this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have paid a lower price for it, if he had known about them”. The Hidden Defect Warranty allows the buyer to return the product and receive a refund, or to keep it and receive a partial refund. This action must be taken within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect in question.

the Product to be repaired or replaced, or if the lack of conformity persists
despite repairs being made, or in the event of a lack of conformity that
justifies such a reduction in price or termination of the contract. Such a
resolution may be made with respect to all the Products delivered, even if
only one Product is affected by a lack of conformity, and is carried out at
the expense of International DCI Inc., which guarantees reimbursement within
fourteen days of receipt of the Products or proof of their shipment by the
consumer. The price reduction offered will be proportional to the difference
