MOUNTING BRACKET INSTALLATION
Note
The mounting bracket allows the STELLAR high bay luminaire to be installed on
angled surfaces between 0° and 45°.
Luminaire should remain perpendicular to the ground. It is also recommended to
use a safety lanyard installed in 1 of 4 suspension points.
Step 1
Mount the luminaire with mounting bracket to appropriate location using 2x M12
bolts or 2x 1/2” (12.7mm) bolts. Bolts not supplied by Coolon.

Adjust the angle of the luminaire and once done, tighten the bolts on both
sides until the luminaire is fully locked in thedesired position. ATTENTION
- Length and structural grade of fasteners to be determined by installer.
- Corrosion resistant fasteners recommended.
Customers must select an appropriate method and material for the mounting of
luminaires/equipment.
Avoid mixing materials which may lead to premature equipment failure or
insecure mounting due to corrosion or accelerated wear and tear.
Customers should account for environmental factors such as temperature, wind,
vibration, shock, impact, etc. when identifying appropriate mounting.
A periodic inspection and maintenance plan should be established in accordance
with environmental and other relevant factors affecting the long term
luminaire/equipment operation and secure mounting.
A secondary fall arrest kit is recommended for all suspended
luminaires/equipment.
