Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Ensure that the fixed nut is not tightened and the luminaire is factory adjusted. Do not move it.
- Step 2: Lock the two pole mount brackets in position by tightening the four nylock nuts. Measure the distance from the top of the pole and ensure that the angles are parallel. The system must not rotate or slide.
- Step 3: The maximum allowed distance from the pole top to the bottom clamp is approximately 2,600mm. At this position, the distance A/F should be 175mm (maximum allowed by the clamp).
- Step 4: Loosen the indicated nuts enough to allow rotation of the clamps.
- Step 5: Rotate the light into the desired position. Tighten the nuts after adjustment to complete the installation.
- Step 6: If additional rotation is required, the light tube can also be rotated. Loosen the nuts of the upper clamp and screws on the bottom cup enough to allow rotation of the light tube.
- Step 7: Rotate the light into the desired position. Tighten the screws on the bottom cup first, then tighten the nuts of the upper clamp until they meet the stoppers to complete the installation.
- Step 8: Wire the lights and power supply into the junction box. Repeat this step for each junction box. Use loom and cable tie as required.
