Solar Lighting SLDWL02/BLK LED Solar Powered Up Down Wall Light
Product Information
The product is a solar-powered wall light designed to be mounted on a wall to provide outdoor lighting. It comes with a light fitting and fixing screws for installation. The light operates using solar energy and is recommended to be placed in direct sunlight for 1-2 days before installation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the contents from the packaging.
- Place the light in direct sunlight with the switch in the Power Off position for 1-2 days.
- Decide where to mount the wall light, ensuring it will receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day.
- Refer to FIGURE 1 for the following steps:
- Make sure the light is switched in the ON position (D).
- Drill a hole in the chosen wall that is large enough to fit the plastic anchor (C) and insert the anchor.
- Insert the screw (B) into the anchor, ensuring it is tight but leaving 5mm of the screw projecting out of the wall.
- Hook the keyhole at the back of the wall light (A) over the mounted screw and ensure the light is securely attached.

Please Note: It is recommended that you put your light in direct sunlight with the switch in the “Power Off” position for 1-2 days before installation. -
Decide where to mount your wall light (where the light will receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day)
Please refer to FIGURE 1 for the following;
- Make sure your light is switched in the “ON” position (D)
- Drill a hole in your chosen wall large enough to fit the plastic anchor (C) and insert anchor.
- Insert screw (B) into the anchor, make sure it is in tight but leave 5mm of the screw to project out of the wall.
- Fix the wall light (A) by hooking the keyhole at the back of the light, over the mounted screw and make sure the light is on securely.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This solar product is designed for outdoor use only and is powered by a solar panel. In order for this fitting to perform correctly the solar panel needs to be placed in a position that receives direct sunlight with the solar panel facing the sun as much as possible. Be aware that with overcast/cloudy days, the solar panel will still charge. However, not as efficiently as a sunny day, so the battery may not reach full capacity. Therefore turning off earlier than specified. It is best not to install these lights underneath a street light, porch light, etc. This may stop the automatic day-night sensor triggering and result in your lights not turning on. The Solar panel is made with glass components, please take care during the installation process and do not drop, strike or crush the solar panel. Regular cleaning of the Solar Panel is recommended to prolong the life of your fitting, a soft cloth and warm soapy water is best for cleaning.
