The product is a device for event technology! This product has been developed for professional use in the field of event technology and is not suitable for use as domestic lighting! Furthermore, this product is only intended for qualified users with specialist knowledge of event technology! Use of the product outside the specified technical data and operating conditions is considered inappropriate! SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
HAZARD: 1. Do not open the device and do not perform any modifications. 2. If your device no longer functions properly, if liquids or objects get inside it or if it
has been damaged in any other way, switch it off immediately and unplug it from the power source. The device may be repaired only by authorised repair technicians. 3. For devices of protection class 1, the protective conductor must be connected correctly. Never disconnect the protective conductor. ATTENTION: 1. Do not switch on the device if it has been exposed to extreme temperature fluctu-
ations (for example, following transport). Moisture and condensation can damage the device. Switch on the device only when it has reached room temperature. 2. Ensure that the voltage and frequency of the mains supply match the values specified on the device. If the device has a voltage selector switch, do not connect the device until it has been set correctly. Use only suitable power cables. 3. To disconnect the device from the mains on all poles, it is not sufficient to press the on/off switch on the device. 4. Make sure that the fuse used corresponds to the type printed on the device. 5. Ensure that suitable measures have been taken against overvoltage (e.g. lightning strikes). 6. Observe the specified maximum output current on devices with a Power Out connection. Ensure that the total current consumption of all connected devices does not exceed the specified value. 7. Replace plug-in power cables with original cables only.

CAUTION: 1. Moving components such as mounting brackets may become jammed. 2. In the case of devices with motor-driven components, there is a risk of injury due
to the movement of the device. Sudden movement of the device can cause shock reactions. 3. The housing surface of the device can become very hot during regular operation. Ensure that accidental touching of the housing is not possible. Always allow the device to cool sufficiently before removal, maintenance work and charging etc.
ATTENTION: 1. Do not install or use the device in the vicinity of radiators, accumulators, stoves, or
other heat sources. Ensure that the device is always installed in such a way that it is sufficiently cooled and cannot overheat. 2. Do not place any ignition sources, such as burning candles, near the device. 3. Ventilation openings must not be covered and fans must not be blocked. 4. For transport, use the original packaging or packaging provided by the manufacturer. 5. Avoid any impacts to or shaking of the device. 6. Observe the IP rating and the ambient conditions such as temperature and humidity according to the specifications. 7. Devices can be continuously further developed. In the event of deviating information on operating conditions, performance or other device properties between the user manual and the device labelling, the information on the device always has priority. 8. SIGNAL TRANSMISSION BY RADIO (e.g. W-DMX or audio radio systems): The quality and performance of wireless signal transmissions generally depends on the ambient conditions. The following factors can impact range and signal stability, for example: · Shielding (e.g. masonry, metal structures, water) · High volume of radio traffic (e.g. powerful wireless LAN networks) · Interference · Electromagnetic radiation (e.g. LED video screens, dimmers) All range specifications refer to free-field application with visual contact and without interference! The operation of transmission systems is subject to official regulations. These may vary from region to region and must be checked by the operator before use (e.g. radio frequency and transmission power).
WARNING: Devices with wireless signal transmission are not suitable for use in sensitive areas in which radio operation can lead to potential detrimental effects. These include: · Hospitals, health centres or other healthcare facilities that provide patient treatment
with skilled personnel and equipment. · Hazardous areas Class I, II and III · Restricted areas · Military facilities · Aircraft or vehicles · Areas where the use of mobile phones is prohibited
TRANSMISSION VIA W-DMX WARNING: In general, wireless DMX transmission must not be used for applications involving safety-related factors that might result in personal injury or property damage in the event of a failure. This applies in particular to moving scene or traverse structures, DMX-controlled motors/lifts or lifting devices for operating DMX-operated platform lifts, hydraulic systems or comparable moving components. Furthermore, wireless DMX transmission must not be used to trigger flame or pyrotechnic devices, explosion-driven effects, or to control gas or liquid effects. These include CO2 cannons, confetti shooters, water effects or similar.

CAUTION! Switching off the lamp shortly after switching on is prevented by a delay circuit to protect the lamp (approx. 1 minute)! Do not disconnect the device from the power supply before the switch-off process is complete!
LAMP
In order to keep the device in perfect working order, it is recommended that the lamp is replaced after 1,500 hours of operation, at the latest, by qualified service personnel. When replacing lamps, use only the model specified in the data sheet!

The service life of the lamp is influenced by the number of times it is switched on.
It is recommended to run the lamp for at least 15 minutes after switch-on to complete the chemical cycle of the lamp and increase its life.
*Definition of service life: The time at which 50% of the lamps are still in operation and deliver at least 50% of the original light output.

NOTES ON PORTABLE OUTDOOR DEVICES
1. Temporary operation! Event equipment is generally only designed for temporary operation.
2. Continuous operation or permanent structural installation ­ particularly outdoors ­ can impair the function, surfaces and seals and accelerate material fatigue.
3. Damage to the surface coating can impair the device’s corrosion protection. Damaged surface coating (e.g. scratches) must be promptly repaired by suitable measures.

The spotlight features the RDM standard (Remote Device Management). Remote device management allows the user to view the status and configuration of RDM terminals via an RDMcapable controller.

6 PRESSURE EQUALISATION ELEMENT Pressure equalisation element to prevent condensation inside the housing. In order to ensure its proper function, the element must be protected from contamination.
ATTENTION: In order to provide protection from spraying water, in accordance with protection class IP65, special IP65-rated XLR connectors must be used correctly with the DMX input and output sockets, or they must be closed using the rubber sealing caps. When connected correctly, or when sealed correctly with the rubber sealing caps, the POWER IN and POWER OUT sockets are protected from spraying water, as in accordance with IP65.

7 LC-DISPLAY The illuminated display shows the currently activated mode (main display), the menu items in the main menu and sub-menus and the numerical value or status in certain menu items. If there is no control signal to the device, the characters in the centre of the display start flashing; the flashing stops as soon as a control signal is available (W-DMX, DMX and slave operation).
8 TOUCH-SENSITIVE CONTROLS MENU ­ Press MENU to access the main menu. Press again or repeatedly to return to the main display.

UP and DOWN ­ Select the menu items in the main menu (DMX address, operating mode, etc.) and in the sub-menus using UP and DOWN. Change the status or value in a menu item, e.g. DMX address.
ENTER ­ Press ENTER to access the menu level to make value or status changes, and to access one of the sub-menus. Confirm value or status changes by pressing ENTER.

9 PAN LOCK
Mechanical locking device used to prevent the rotation of the head in the horizontal direction during transport. Disconnect the unit from the mains, move the head parallel to the base (4 possible positions) and push the locking lever in the direction of the pan rotation axis (LOCK) to lock it in position. Unlock the device before startup (UNLOCK).

10 TILT LOCK
Mechanical locking device used to prevent rotation of the head in the vertical direction during transport (7 possible positions). Disconnect the unit from the mains and slide the locking lever in the direction of the tilt rotation axis, moving the head of the unit vertically until one of the 7 locking positions is found and the locking lever engages (LOCK). Unlock the device before startup (UNLOCK).

OPERATION
NOTES As soon as the spotlight is correctly connected to the mains supply, “Welcome to Cameo”, the model name and the software version will be displayed in succession during the start process and motor reset. After this process, the spotlight is ready for operation and the previously activated operating mode is launched. The main display is activated automatically if no input is made within approximately 30 seconds. In the event of a technical fault, the lamp is switched off, the display shows “Lamp Protected” and the warning triangle symbol appears in the bottom right-hand corner.

Scene and signal output

Note regarding the main display in operating modes with external control: As soon as the control signal is interrupted, the characters in the centre of the display begin to flash. The flashing stops when a control signal is present.
Warning: If the warning symbol (triangle with exclamation mark) appears in the display, there is a fault with one or more components in the device. The affected components can be seen in the Info Menu under Error Info. If the error cannot be rectified by a restart or reset, please contact an authorised service centre.

W-DMXTM
To pair a W-DMX receiver with a W-DMX compatible transmitter, the Reset command must be executed in the menu item WDMX under Receiver (select and confirm Reset). The receiver is now in pairing standby and waiting for a pairing request from a transmitter. Start the pairing by selecting Link in the menu of the transmitter and confirming; the pairing now takes place automatically. In the same way, several receivers can be paired simultaneously or one after the other to a transmitter (e.g. for master / slave operation). A W-DMX connection is always maintained until the connection is disconnected by means of the Reset command in the receiver or the Unlink command in the transmitter, regardless of whether a device has been disconnected from the power supply in the meantime.

CONTROL MENU (Control) The control menu enables selection of the various operating modes and their setting options in the relevant sub-menus. DMX address and DMX operating mode are set in each operating mode across all operating modes, if relevant.
DMX OPERATION VIA DMX CABLE Starting from the main display, press MENU to enter the main menu. Use UP and DOWN to select the Control menu and press ENTER. Now select the DMX menu item and confirm again.

If the Quicklight mode is activated, the display does not automatically change to the main display; when leaving the Quicklight menu, Quicklight mode is automatically terminated. The settings in the Quicklight menu are retained until the next restart of the spotlight; as a result, Quicklight can be accessed repeatedly with the same settings as long as the spotlight remains switched on. After restart, the values in the Quicklight settings are reset (PAN = 000, TILT = 128, DIMMER = 255, ZOOM = 000, FOCUS = 000).

SETUP AND INSTALLATION
Thanks to its integrated rubber feet, the lamp can be positioned in a suitable location on a level surface. Traverse installation can be achieved with the help of two Omega brackets, which are attached to the base of the device (A). 2 x Omega brackets are included. Suitable beam clamps are available as an option. Ensure firm connections and secure the spotlight to the securing lug (B) with a suitable safety cable.
HAZARD: Overhead mounting requires extensive experience, including the calculation of the limit values for load, the installation materials and regular safety inspection of all installation materials and spotlights. If you do not have these qualifications, do not attempt to perform an installation yourself. Refer instead to a qualified professional. There is a risk that devices that are incorrectly mounted and secured may come loose and fall down. This can cause serious injury or death.

CARE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
In order to ensure the long-term, proper functioning of the device, it must be regularly cleaned and, if necessary, maintained. The maintenance requirement depends on the intensity of use and the environment in which it is used. We generally recommend a visual inspection before each operation. Furthermore, we recommend carrying out all the applicable maintenance measures specified below once every 500 operating hours or, in the case of a lower intensity of use, at the latest after one year. Warranty claims may be limited in the event of defects resulting from inadequate maintenance.
CARE (carried out by user)
WARNING! Before carrying out any maintenance work, the power supply and, if possible, all device connections must be unplugged.
PLEASE NOTE! Improper care can lead to impairment of the device or even destruction.
1. Housing surfaces must be cleaned with a clean, damp cloth. Make sure that no moisture can penetrate the device.
2. Air inlets and outlets must be regularly cleaned of dust and dirt. If compressed air is used, make sure that damage to the device is prevented (e.g. fans must be blocked in this case, as they could otherwise over-rev.).
3. Lines and plug contacts must be cleaned regularly and dust and dirt must be removed. 4. In general, no cleaning agents or abrasive agents may be used, otherwise the surface finish
may be damaged. 5. Devices must generally be stored dry and protected from dust and dirt. 6. To ensure correct and safe operation, all accessible or removable lenses and light-emitting
apertures must be cleaned regularly.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR (by qualified personnel only) HAZARD! There are live components in the device. Even after disconnecting the mains connection, there may still be residual voltage in the device, e.g. due to charged capacitors.
PLEASE NOTE! Maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by sufficiently qualified specialist personnel. If in doubt, consult a specialist workshop.

REPLACING THE LAMP
WARNING: Replacement of the lamp may be carried out by qualified personnel only. If you are not qualified, do not attempt to replace a lamp yourself. Refer instead to a qualified professional. A hot discharge lamp is under high pressure and can therefore spontaneously explode. Let the spotlight cool for at least 30 minutes before opening it! When replacing lamps, use only the model specified in the data sheet! The use of unsuitable lamps leads to damage or even destruction of the device and voids the warranty. Do not touch the glass bulb of the lamp with bare fingers. Contamination, especially from grease, leads to early malfunction of the lamp.
When replacing the lamp, wear protective glasses and protective gloves!
When carrying out any work, make sure that no foreign bodies enter the housing!
The UV filter for protection against UV radiation is located directly in front of the lamp. Take care not to damage the UV filter! The UV filter must not be removed and a damaged UV filter must be replaced immediately! Operation without UV protection or damaged UV protection is prohibited! There is an immediate risk of injury if the device is put into operation with a missing or damaged UV filter! In order to maintain the seal of the OTOS H5 moving head according to protection class IP65, a new seal must be inserted at the appropriate location after the lamp has been replaced. Carefully follow each step in the instructions below.
1. Fully disconnect the spotlight from the mains (pull out the mains plug)! Make sure that the spotlight has cooled down completely!
2. Lock the spotlight head to prevent unintentional twisting (pan and tilt locking). 3. Loosen the 4 Allen screws of the rear head cover (see markings), remove the cover from the
spotlight head, release the safety cable of the cover and place it to one side. 4. Loosen the 4 Allen screws holding the fan unit to the spotlight head (see markings) and hang
them carefully on the safety cable. Ensure that the supply lines are not damaged.

ATTENTION: Gobos may only be replaced by qualified specialist personnel. If you are not qualified to do this, do not try to replace gobos yourself. Refer instead to professional companies. When carrying out any work, make sure that no foreign bodies enter the housing! When replacing the gobos, make sure that the gobos are inserted correctly into the corresponding gobo bracket, otherwise heat damage to the gobos and gobo brackets may occur!

In order to maintain the seal of the OTOS H5 moving head according to protection class IP65, a new seal must be inserted at the corresponding location after replacing a gobo. Carefully follow each step in the instructions below.

1. Switch off the lamp (Settings -> Lamp -> State -> Off), then activate a DMX mode and disconnect the spotlight from the DMX control. Before opening the spotlight, perform a normal system start and only remove it from the power supply when the process is complete. When the system is started, the zoom tube is moved all the way forward in the direction of the lightemitting lens, among other things, to enable removal of the colour wheel and gobo wheel module. After fully disconnecting the spotlight from the power supply (pull out the power plug), bring the spotlight head to the maximum horizontal position so that the zoom tube remains in the front position. Now lock the spotlight head.
2. Loosen the 8 Allen screws of the cover for the installation bay of the colour wheel and gobo wheel module (see markings), remove the cover from the spotlight head, loosen the safety cable of the cover and place it to one side.
3. Loosen the 2 Phillips screws that hold the module in the guide rail (see markings) and pull the module out of the spotlight head; cables or plugs do not have to be loosened.

4. Place the module on a clean, level surface with the colour and gobo wheels facing upwards. Manually rotate the “Open” section of the gobo wheel with the fixed gobos forward and then the gobo wheel with the interchangeable gobos until the desired gobo appears in the “Open” section of the gobo wheel with the fixed gobos.
5. Lift the gobo bracket slightly up on the gear and then pull it out of the gobo wheel.

6. The gobo can now be removed from the bracket and replaced with another one. 6
7. Then place the gobo bracket back into the gobo wheel, ensuring that the gobo bracket is correctly seated in the corresponding recess. You can check that the gobo is seated correctly by turning the gobo wheel. The gobo must rotate without catching.
8. Reinstall the module in the spotlight head, secure it using the two Phillips screws previously loosened and reattach the cover safety cable.
9. Remove the old seal from the groove in the installation bay surround. 10. Thoroughly clean the groove and the contact surface of the cover. Make sure that the contact
surfaces of the seal are free from foreign objects and dirt. 11. Remove the new seal from the packaging and remove any residues of the mould release
agent. 12. Now place the seal positively into the groove. Ensure that the seal is not twisted. 13. Place the cover flat on the seal in the installation bay surround. 14. First tighten the middle and then the outer screws of the cover crosswise with gentle force. 15. Then tighten the middle screws and then the outer screws crosswise to 6 (± 0.5) kgf-cm. 16. After mounting the cover, perform a leak test. This requires the removal of the rear head
cover. To do this, loosen the 4 Allen screws on the rear head cover, remove the cover from the spotlight, loosen the safety cable of the cover and place it to one side. 17. After the leak test, fasten the safety cable of the rear head cover in the appropriate position, place the head cover on the spotlight head and screw it in place using the previously loosened screws (10 (± 0.5) kgf-cm).
Never operate the spotlight without the fan unit and head cover!

Mauerwerk, Metallbauten, Wasser) · Hohes Funkaufkommen (z.B. starke W-LAN Netze) · Interferenzen · Elektromagnetische Strahlung (z.B. LED-Videowände, Dimmer) Alle Reichweitenangaben beziehen sich auf Freifeldanwendung mit Sichtkontakt ohne Störeinflüsse! Der Betrieb von Sendeanlagen unterliegt behördlichen Bestimmungen. Diese können regional unterschiedlich ausfallen und müssen vor Inbetriebnahme vom Betreiber überprüft werden (z.B. Funkfrequenz und Sendeleistung).

SIGNALÜBERTRAGUNG PER W-DMX WARNUNG: Generell darf kabellose DMX-Übertragung nicht für Anwendungen mit sicherheitsrelevanten Faktoren genutzt werden, die im Falle eines Versagens Personen- oder Sachschäden zur Folge haben können. Dies gilt im Speziellen für bewegte Szenen- oder Traversenstrukturen, für DMX- gesteuerte Motoren/Hebezeuge oder Hebevorrichtungen zum Betreiben von DMX- betriebenen Bühnenliften, Hydrauliksystemen oder vergleichbaren beweglichen Komponenten. Weiterhin darf kabellose DMX-Übertragung nicht zum Auslösen von Flammen- oder pyrotechnischen Geräten, explosionsgetriebenen Effekten, sowie zur Steuerung von Gas oder Flüssigkeitseffekten benutzt werden. LEUCHTMITTEL
Um die einwandfreie Funktion des Geräts zu erhalten, wird empfohlen, das Leuchtmittel nach spätestens 1500 Stunden Betriebszeit durch qualifiziertes Service-Personal auszutauschen. Verwenden Sie als Ersatzleuchtmittel ausschließlich das im Datenblatt angegebene Modell!

HINWEISE FÜR ORTSVERÄNDERLICHE OUTDOOR-GERÄTE
1. Temporärer Betrieb! Veranstaltungsequipment ist grundsätzlich nur für den vorübergehenden Betrieb konzipiert.
2. Dauerbetrieb oder dauerhafte bauliche Anbringung, besonders im Außenbereich, kann zur Beeinträchtigung der Funktion, sowie der Oberflächen und Dichtungen und zu beschleunigter Materialermüdung führen.

7 LC-DISPLAY
Das beleuchtete Display zeigt die aktuell aktivierte Betriebsart an (Hauptanzeige), die Menüpunkte im Haupt- und den Untermenüs und den Zahlenwert bzw. Status in bestimmten Menüpunkten. Liegt kein Steuersignal am Gerät an, fangen die Zeichen in der Mitte des Displays an zu blinken, das Blinken stoppt, sobald ein Steuersignal anliegt (W-DMX, DMX- und Slave-Betrieb).

8 BERÜHRUNGSEMPFINDLICHE BEDIENFELDER
MENU ­ Durch Drücken auf MENU gelangen Sie in das Hauptmenü. Durch nochmaliges bzw. wiederholtes Drücken gelangen Sie zurück zur Hauptanzeige.

BEDIENUNG
HINWEISE Sobald der Scheinwerfer korrekt am Stromnetz angeschlossen ist, wird während des Startvorgangs und des Motoren-Resets ,,Welcome to Cameo”, die Modellbezeichnung und die Softwareversion im Display angezeigt. Nach diesem Vorgang ist der Scheinwerfer betriebsbereit und die Betriebsart, die zuvor aktiviert war, wird gestartet. Die Hauptanzeige wird automatisch aktiviert, wenn innerhalb von circa 30 Sekunden keine Eingabe erfolgt. Im Falle eines technischen Fehlers wird das Leuchtmittel abgeschaltet, im Display wird ,,Lamp Protected” angezeigt und das Warndreieck-Symbol erscheint in der rechten unteren Ecke. 50

Hinweis zur Hauptanzeige in den Betriebsarten mit externer Steuerung: Sobald das Steuer-Signal unterbrochen wird, beginnen die Zeichen in der Mitte des Displays zu blinken, liegt das Steuer-Signal wieder an, stoppt das Blinken.
Warnmeldung: Erscheint das Warnsymbol (Dreieck mit Ausrufezeichen) im Display, liegt bei einer oder mehreren Komponenten des Geräts ein Fehler vor. Welche Komponenten dabei betroffen sind, kann im Info-Menü unter Error Info eingesehen werden. Falls sich der Fehler nicht durch einen Neustart bzw. Reset beheben lässt, wenden Sie sich bitte an ein autorisiertes Service-Center.

W-DMXTM
Zum Koppeln eines W-DMX Receivers (Empfänger) mit einem W-DMX kompatiblen Transmitter (Sender) muss im Menüpunkt WDMX unter Receiver der Befehl Reset ausgeführt werden (Reset auswählen und bestätigen). Der Receiver befindet sich nun in Koppelbereitschaft und wartet auf die Kopplungsanfrage eines Transmitters. Starten Sie die Kopplung, indem Sie im Menü des Transmitters Link auswählen und bestätigen, die Kopplung erfolgt nun automatisch. Es können auf die gleiche Weise auch mehrere Receiver gleichzeitig oder nacheinander mit einem Transmitter gekoppelt werden (z.B. für den Master/Slave-Betrieb). Eine W -DMX-Verbindung bleibt grundsätzlich so lange erhalten, bis die Verbindung durch den Reset-Befehl im Receiver oder den Unlink-Befehl im Transmitter getrennt wird, unabhängig davon, ob ein Gerät zwischenzeitlich von der Spannungsversorgung getrennt wird.

QUICKLIGHT Stellen Sie eine Szene mit den Basisfunktionen des Moving Heads ohne externen Controller schnell und unkompliziert ein. Ausgehend von der Hauptanzeige gelangen Sie durch Drücken auf MENU in das Hauptmenü (Main Menu). Wählen Sie mit Hilfe von UP und DOWN Quicklight aus und drücken auf ENTER.
Wenn die Betriebsart Quicklight aktiviert ist, wechselt die Anzeige nicht automatisch zur Hauptanzeige, beim Verlassen des Quicklight-Menüs wird die Quicklight-Betriebsart automatisch beendet. Die Einstellungen im Quicklight- Menü bleiben bis zum nächsten Neustart des Scheinwerfers erhalten, Quicklight kann also immer wieder mit den selben Einstellungen aufgerufen werden, so lange der Scheinwerfer eingeschaltet bleibt. Nach einem Neustart werden die Werte in den Quicklight-Einstellungen zurückgesetzt (PAN = 000, TILT = 128, DIMMER = 255, ZOOM = 000, FOCUS = 000).

Dank der integrierten Gummifüße kann der Scheinwerfer an einer geeigneten Stelle auf eine ebene Fläche gestellt werden. Die Montage an einer Traverse erfolgt mit Hilfe zweier OmegaBügel, die an der Gerätebasis befestigt werden (A). Zwei Omega-Bügel sind im Lieferumfang enthalten, geeignete Traversenklemmen sind optional erhältlich. Sorgen Sie für feste Verbindungen und sichern Sie den Scheinwerfer mit einem geeigneten Sicherungsseil an einer der dafür vorgesehenen Stellen (B).
GEFAHR: Überkopfmontage erfordert umfassende Erfahrung, einschließlich der Berechnung der Grenzwerte für die Arbeitslast, des verwendeten Installationsmaterials und der regelmäßigen Sicherheitsüberprüfung aller Installationsmaterialien und Scheinwerfer. PFLEGE, WARTUNG UND REPARATUR
Um die einwandfreie Funktion des Geräts auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, muss es regelmäßig gepflegt und bei Bedarf gewartet werden. Der Pflege- bzw. Wartungsbedarf steht in Abhängigkeit der Nutzungsintensität und -umgebung. Wir empfehlen generell eine Sichtprüfung vor jeder Inbetriebnahme. Weiterhin empfehlen wir alle 500 Betriebsstunden, oder bei geringerer Nutzungsintensität spätestens nach Ablauf eines Jahres alle unten genannten und zutreffenden Pflegemaßnahmen durchzuführen. 1. Gehäuseoberflächen müssen mit einem sauberen, feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät eindringen kann.
2. Luft Ein- und Austrittsöffnungen müssen regelmäßig von Staub und Schmutz befreit werden. Im Fall des Einsatzes von Druckluft ist darauf zu achten, dass Beschädigungen am Gerät verhindert werden (z.B. müssen Lüfter für diesen Fall blockiert werden, da sie sonst überdrehen könnten).
3. Leitungen und Steckkontakte sind regelmäßig zu reinigen und von Staub und Schmutz zu befreien.

LEUCHTMITTEL AUSTAUSCHEN
WARNUNG: Der Austausch des Leuchtmittels darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Wenn Sie dazu nicht qualifiziert sind, versuchen Sie nicht, das Leuchtmittel selbst auszutauschen, sondern nutzen Sie die Hilfe von professionellen Unternehmen. Eine heiße Entladungslampe steht unter hohem Druck und kann spontan explodieren. Lassen Sie den Scheinwerfer mindestens 30 Minuten abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn öffnen! Verwenden Sie als Ersatzleuchtmittel ausschließlich das im Datenblatt angegebene Modell! Die Verwendung von nicht geeigneten Leuchtmitteln führt zu Beschädigungen bis hin zur Zerstörung des Geräts und zum Verlust des Gewährleistungsanspruchs. Berühren Sie den Glaskolben des Leuchtmittels nicht mit bloßen Fingern. Verunreinigungen, speziell durch Fette, führen zur frühzeitigen Fehlfunktion des Leuchtmittels.
Verwenden Sie beim Austauschen des Leuchtmittels Schutzbrille und Schutzhandschuhe!
Achten Sie bei allen Arbeiten darauf, dass keine Fremdkörper in das Gehäuse gelangen!
Der UV-Filter zum Schutz vor UV-Strahlung befindet sich direkt vor dem Leuchtmittel. Achten Sie darauf, den UV-Filter nicht zu beschädigen! Der UV- Filter darf nicht entfernt werden und ein beschädigter UV-Filter muss umgehend ersetzt werden! Der Betrieb ohne UV-Schutz oder beschädigtem UV-Schutz ist untersagt! Wenn das Gerät mit fehlendem oder beschädigtem UV-Filter in Betrieb genommen wird, besteht unmittelbare Verletzungsgefahr! Um die Dichtheit des OTOS H5 Moving Heads nach Schutzart IP65 zu erhalten, muss nach dem Leuchtmitteltausch an der entsprechenden Stelle eine neue Dichtung eingesetzt werden. Beachten Sie dabei präzise jeden Schritt in der nachstehenden Anleitung.
1. Trennen Sie den Scheinwerfer allpolig vom Stromnetz (Netzstecker ziehen)! Stellen sie sicher, dass der Scheinwerfer vollständig abgekühlt ist!

9. Stecken Sie die Kabel für die Spannungsversorgung auf die Kontakte (keine Verpolung möglich).
10. Nehmen Sie die alte Dichtung aus der Nut in der Leuchtmittelfachumrandung.

11. Reinigen Sie die Nut und die Auflagefläche der Lüftereinheit gründlich. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Auflageflächen der Dichtung frei von Fremdkörpern und Verunreinigungen sind.

14. Setzen Sie die Lüftereinheit plan auf das Leuchtmittelfach. 15. Die Schrauben der Lüftereinheit müssen jetzt zunächst über Kreuz mit geringer Kraft an-
gezogen werden. 16. Die Schrauben der Lüftereinheit sind anschließend ebenfalls über Kreuz mit 6 (± 0,5) kgf-cm
festzuziehen. 17. Nach dem Montieren der Lüftereinheit ist eine Dichtheitsprüfung durchzuführen. 18. Nach der Dichtheitsprüfung befestigen Sie das Sicherungsseil der hinteren Kopfabdeckung
an der entsprechenden Stelle, setzen die Kopfabdeckung auf den Scheinwerferkopf und verschrauben sie mit Hilfe der zuvor gelösten Schrauben (10 (± 0,5) kgf-cm).
Betreiben Sie den Scheinwerfer niemals ohne Lüftereinheit und Kopfabdeckung!

GOBOS AUSTAUSCHEN

Achten Sie bei allen Arbeiten darauf, dass keine Fremdkörper in das Gehäuse gelangen!
Achten Sie beim Gobotausch darauf, dass die Gobos korrekt ausgerichtet in den entsprechenden Gobohalter eingesetzt werden, da sonst Hitzeschäden an den Gobos und den Gobohaltern entstehen können!
Um die Dichtheit des OTOS H5 Moving Heads nach Schutzart IP65 zu erhalten, muss nach dem Austauschen eines Gobos an der entsprechenden Stelle eine neue Dichtung eingesetzt werden. Beachten Sie dabei präzise jeden Schritt in der nachstehenden Anleitung.

1. Schalten Sie das Leuchtmittel aus (Settings -> Lamp -> State -> Off), aktivieren dann eine DMX-Betriebsart und trennen den Scheinwerfer von der DMX- Ansteuerung. Führen Sie nun vor dem Öffnen des Scheinwerfers einen normalen Systemstart durch und nehmen ihn erst dann von der Spannungsversorgung, wenn der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist. Beim Systemstart wird unter anderem der Zoom- Tubus komplett nach vorne in Richtung Lichtaustrittslinse gefahren, um den Ausbau des Farbrad- und Goborad-Moduls zu ermöglichen. Nachdem Sie den Scheinwerfer allpolig von der Spannungsversorgung getrennt haben (Netzstecker ziehen), bringen Sie den Scheinwerferkopf maximal in die Waagerechte, damit der Zoom-Tubus in der vorderen Position verbleibt. Arretieren Sie nun den Scheinwerferkopf.
2. Lösen Sie die 8 Innensechskantschrauben der Abdeckung für den Einbauschacht des Farbradund Goborad-Moduls (siehe Markierungen), nehmen die Abdeckung vom Scheinwerferkopf, lösen das Sicherungsseil der Abdeckung und legen sie zur Seite.
3. Lösen Sie die 2 Kreuzschlitzschrauben, die das Modul in der Führungsschiene halten (siehe Markierungen) und ziehen das Modul aus dem Scheinwerferkopf, Kabel oder Stecker müssen dabei nicht gelöst werden.

4. Legen Sie das Modul mit den Farb- und Goborädern nach oben gerichtet auf eine saubere und ebene Unterlage. Drehen Sie den Ausschnitt ,,Open” des Goborads mit den fixen Gobos manuell nach vorne und danach das Goborad mit den austauschbaren Gobos so lange, bis das gewünschte Gobo in dem Ausschnitt ,,Open” des Goborads mit den fixen Gobos erscheint.
5. Heben Sie die Gobohalterung am Zahnrad leicht nach oben und ziehen es dann aus dem Goborad.

6. Nun kann das Gobo aus der Halterung genommen und gegen ein anderes ausgetauscht werden.

7. Setzen Sie danach die Gobohalterung wieder in das Goborad und achten dabei darauf, dass die Gobohalterung korrekt in der entsprechenden Aussparung sitzt. Den korrekten Sitz können Sie durch Drehen des Goborads überprüfen, dabei muss das Gobo ohne zu haken rotieren.
8. Bauen Sie das Modul wieder in den Scheinwerferkopf ein, sichern es mit Hilfe der beiden zuvor gelösten Kreuzschlitzschrauben und hängen das Sicherungsseil der Abdeckung wieder ein.
9. Nehmen Sie die alte Dichtung aus der Nut in der Einbauschachtumrandung. 10. Reinigen Sie die Nut und die Auflagefläche der Abdeckung gründlich. Stellen Sie sicher, dass
die Auflageflächen der Dichtung frei von Fremdkörpern und Verunreinigungen sind.

Nach der Dichtheitsprüfung befestigen Sie das Sicherungsseil der hinteren Kopfabdeckung an der entsprechenden Stelle, setzen die Kopfabdeckung auf den Scheinwerferkopf und verschrauben sie mit Hilfe der zuvor gelösten Schrauben (10 (± 0,5) kgf-cm). Betreiben Sie den Scheinwerfer niemals ohne Lüftereinheit und Kopfabdeckung!

ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR IP-SCHUTZART
1. Eine IP-Schutzart gibt ausschließlich den Schutz gegen feste Gegenstände, sowie Wasser wieder. Sie beschreibt keine allgemeine Witterungsbeständigkeit, wie beispielsweise Schutz gegen UV-Strahlung und Temperatureinflüsse etc..
2. Die erste Kennziffer bezeichnet den Schutz gegen Staub, feste Gegenstände und Berührung:

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
DANGER :
1. N’ouvrez pas l’appareil et n’y apportez pas de modifications.
2. Si votre appareil ne fonctionne plus en bonne et due forme, si des liquides ou des objets se sont introduits à l’intérieur de l’appareil ou si ce dernier a été endommagé de quelque autre manière que ce soit, éteignez-le immédiatement et débranchez-le de l’alimentation électrique. Seuls des professionnels agréés sont habilités à réparer cet appareil.
3. Pour les appareils de classe de protection 1, le conducteur de protection doit être correctement raccordé. Ne débranchez jamais le conducteur de protection. Les appareils de classe de protection 2 ne sont équipés d’aucun conducteur de protection.
4. Veillez à ce que les câbles sous tension ne soient pas pliés ou soumis à d’autres dommages mécaniques.

ATTENTION : 1. Ne mettez pas immédiatement l’appareil en service s’il a été exposé à d’impor-
tantes variations de température (par exemple après le transport). L’humidité et la condensation risquent d’endommager l’appareil. Ne mettez l’appareil en marche que lorsqu’il est à température ambiante. 2. Assurez-vous que la tension et la fréquence du réseau électrique correspondent aux valeurs indiquées sur l’appareil. Notez que le courant absorbé total de tous les appareils raccordés ne doit pas dépasser la valeur fixée. 7. Remplacez les câbles d’alimentation enfichables uniquement par des câbles d’origine.

TRANSMISSION DE SIGNAUX PAR RADIO (par ex. W-DMX ou systèmes audio sans fil) : La qualité et la performance des transmissions de signaux sans fil dépendent généralement des conditions ambiantes. Les éléments suivants ont par exemple une influence sur la portée et la stabilité des signaux : · Écrans (par ex. maçonnerie, constructions métalliques, eau) · Émission radio élevée (par ex. réseaux Wi-Fi puissants) · Interférences · Rayonnement électromagnétique (par ex. murs vidéo LED, dimmer) Toutes les indications de portée se rapportent à une utilisation en champ libre avec contact visuel et sans interférences ! Le fonctionnement d’émetteurs est soumis à des dispositions administratives. TRANSMISSION DE SIGNAL PAR W-DMX
AVERTISSEMENT : En règle générale, la transmission DMX sans fil ne doit pas être utilisée pour des applications présentant des facteurs de sécurité susceptibles d’entraîner des dommages corporels ou matériels en cas de défaillance.
Ceci s’applique en particulier aux structures de scènes ou de traverses mobiles, aux moteurs/dispositifs de levage commandés par DMX ou aux dispositifs de levage destinés au fonctionnement de monte-plateaux, de systèmes hydrauliques ou de composants mobiles similaires fonctionnant en mode DMX.
Par ailleurs, la transmission DMX sans fil ne doit pas être utilisée pour le déclenchement d’appareils pyrotechniques ou de flammes, d’effets d’explosion, ni pour le contrôle de gaz ou d’effets liquides. Par exemple les canons de CO2, les lanceurs de confettis, les effets d’eau ou autres.

ATTENTION ! L’extinction de l’ampoule peu après sa mise en marche est empêchée par un circuit de temporisation destiné à protéger l’ampoule (env. 1 minute) ! Ne débranchez pas l’appareil avant la fin du processus d’extinction !
AMPOULE
Afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil, il est recommandé de faire remplacer l’ampoule par du personnel de maintenance qualifié au plus tard après 1500 heures de fonctionnement. Pour le remplacement de l’ampoule, utilisez exclusivement le modèle indiqué dans la fiche technique !

6 DISPOSITIF DE COMPENSATION DE PRESSION Dispositif permettant d’éviter la formation de condensation à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de ce dispositif, il convient de le protéger contre un éventuel encrassement.
ATTENTION : Pour garantir une protection des embases DMX contre les projections d’eau, qui soit conforme à la classe IP65, les embases spéciales d’entrée et de sortie DMX doivent être correctement raccordées aux connecteurs XLR spéciaux en IP65. Si elles ne sont pas utilisées, mettre en place les caches en caoutchouc fournis. Les embases d’alimentation POWER IN et POWER OUT sont protégées contre les projections d’eau conformément à la classe IP65, à condition d’être correctement raccordées et que les caches étanches en caoutchouc soient utilisés à bon escient.

7 ÉCRAN LCD L’écran rétroéclairé affiche le mode de fonctionnement actuellement activé (écran principal), les options du menu principal et des sous-menus et la valeur numérique ou l’état dans certaines options de menu. En l’absence de signal de commande sur l’appareil, les caractères au centre de l’écran se mettent à clignoter. Le clignotement cesse dès que le signal de commande est délivré (mode W-DMX, DMX et Slave).
8 TOUCHES DE COMMANDE TACTILES MENU ­ Appuyez sur MENU pour accéder au menu principal. Appuyez une nouvelle fois/plusieurs fois sur la touche pour revenir à l’écran principal. UP et DOWN ­ Sélectionnez les options du menu principal (adresse DMX, mode de fonctionnement, etc.) et des sous-menus à l’aide des touches UP et DOWN. Modifiez l’état ou la valeur d’une option de menu, par exemple l’adresse DMX.
