a microwave or boiling water to heat it up because milk may lose its nutritional properties.
NOTE

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Device does not work • Check battery status

• Start charging the device
• Make sure the device has been correctly connected to charging source
Insufficient suction power| • Make sure the suction valve is correctly installed
• Place the valve in boiling water, leave for 3 minutes and then fix again
• Make sure battery level is sufficient
• Make sure the breast pump adheres to the breast tightly
• When temperature in the room is lower than 15°C, leave the working device for about 30 seconds before you start using it.
Pain or discomfort| • Adjust massage/suction level
• Change position or location of the breast
• In case the pain or discomfort does not subside, contact your doctor

How to clean and disinfect

  1. After use, disassemble the breast pump and clean the main device with a dry and soft cloth.
  2. Before first use, disinfect all pieces which will come into contact with milk (milk bottle, T-connection, valve, membrane and silicone funnel).
  3. To disinfect, put all pieces into boiling water for 10 minutes. Make sure all pieces are immersed in water and none of them touches a dry part of the vessel, because these pieces may melt.
  4. Before another use, wash all pieces under running water in order to remove food remains.
  5. The tube must be completely dry before use – moisture may be sucked into the main device and cause damage.
  6. Leave all pieces on a clean cloth or dish drainer until they go dry completely.

NOTE
The main device and USB cable must not be disinfected and cleaned with water. Disinfection applies only to accessories which come into contact with milk.
When cleaning, be careful because damaged piece may cause the breast pump to malfunction.
