Information
The child restraint system belongs to the „universal” category. It holds the
certificate of approval pursuant to UN regulations no. 44, series of
amendments 04, for general use in vehicles, and is suitable for installation
on most car seats.
Correct installation is possible if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in
the vehicle manual that this vehicle is suitable for installation of the child
restraint system in the „universal” category for this age group.
This child restraint system has been classified as „universal” in more
demanding conditions when compared to conditions from previous designs which
are devoid of this information.
In case of any doubts, please contact the device manufacturer or retailer.
It is fit for installation only when approved vehicles are equipped with
three-point safety belts with a retractor, which hold a certificate of
approval pursuant to the UN/EEC regulations no. 16 or other equivalent
standards.
The product has been tested and meets all requirements of the standard: ECE
R44.04.

IMPORTANT

Hard elements and plastic parts of the child restraint system must be placed and installed in a way that they cannot get trapped by a sliding seat or vehicle door under regular conditions of use.

In case of installation in a rear-facing position: do not install the device on seats equipped with active front airbags.

This child safety seat is intended for the following weight groups: 0+, I, II, and III, which means it can be used by children whose weight does not exceed 36 kg.
0+ weight group: 0 – 13 kg
I weight group: 9 – 18 kg
II weight group: 15 – 25 kg
III weight group: 22 – 36 kg -
Install the child safety seat in a rear-facing position if the child’s weight is below 9 kg.

Any belts which attach the child restraint system to the vehicle must be tight. The belts which hold the child must be adapted to its body and must not be twisted.

All hip belts must go low so that the child’s pelvis is firmly secured.

The device must be replaced if it has sustained sudden loads during an accident.

It is forbidden to modify the child safety seat, alter it or install any additional components.
Such operations affect the product and pose a threat to the user. The product must be used in accordance with guidelines specified in the operating manual. Wrong use may be dangerous. -
Protect the child’s safety seat against sunlight, some of its elements may heat up and be too hot for the child’s skin.

Do not leave the child in the child safety seat unattended.

Make sure the luggage and other items which may cause bodily injuries in case of collision are properly secured.

Do not use the child safety seat without its fabric cover. Do not replace the cover other than recommended by the manufacturer. The cover is an integral part of the product and influences its operation.

Should you have any doubts about the position of the adult safety belt lock in relation to the main points of contact, please contact the device manufacturer.

Keep this operating manual for future reference. Keep it in the car in which the child restraint system has been installed.

Do not use other points of contact than those described in the manual and marked on the child safety seat.
NOTE! Never use the child safety seat with two-point safety belts.

- Install the child safety seat in a forward-facing position. Do not place the child safety seat on the passenger’s front seat when the front airbag is active.
- Do not place the child safety seat on the seat with 2-point safety belts.

CHILD SAFETY SEAT BELTS
To fasten child safety seat belts:
- Connect belts to each other.
- Insert them into the buckle, you will hear a distinctive click.
- Make sure the belts are properly tight and not twisted. To undo the belts, press the red button on the buckle (fig. 4).
How to adjust child safety seat belts tension
- Make sure the child safety seat belts adhere to the child’s body properly and are not twisted.
- To tighten the belts, pull the tension adjusting strap (fig. 9).
To release the belts, press the button (16) between the child’s legs and pull the shoulder belts (fig. 10).
To detach 5-point child safety seat belts:
- Press the button at the buckle and undo the belts.
- Loosen the belts (see: How to adjust child safety seat belt tension).
- Detach belts from the buckle at the back of the child safety seat (fig. 5).
- Take belts out of the child safety seat through holes.
- Slide belts off the fasteners below the headrest, in the seat backrest (fig. 6).
- Position the child’s safety seat in a lying position (R).
- Slide the buckle off the handles in the base, and then pull it through the hole in the seat (fig. 7 and 8).
To reassemble the belts, retake the above-stated actions in a reversed order.
How to adjust the child safety seat belts height
The child safety seat belt’s height is adapted to the headrest height. To lift
or lower the belts, change the headrest height.
HEADREST HEIGHT
The height of the headrest must be adapted so that shoulder belts are at the
child’s arm height (fig. 11):
A. TOO LOW
B. TOO HIGH
C. CORRECT
To set the headrest height, pull the headrest adjustment strap (fig. 12).
HOW TO REMOVE THE COVER
- Remove 5-point child safety seat belts.
- Remove the cover from the seat and backrest.
- Set the headrest as high as possible.
- Remove the cover from the headrest.
To attach the fabric cover again, retake the above-stated actions in a reversed order.
HOW TO INCLINE THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT
The child safety seat can be positioned at three inclination angles and in the
half-lying position, suitable if the product is in a rear-facing position
(fig. 13). To incline the child safety seat, grab the lever below the seat and
push the product in a desired direction. Release the handle to secure the seat
in position.
SEAT LINER AND LUMBAR SUPPORT
The liners are intended for the smallest children, improve their comfort and
serve as additional support. The lumbar support is designed for babies, you
can remove it only when the child needs more space in the child safety seat.
The seat liner can be used until the child’s weight exceeds 13 kg.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT IN THE CAR GROUP 0+, I (up to 18
kg)
For this weight group, the child safety seat is installed in a rear-facing
position, in a backrest half-lying position (fig. 14). The child is secured
with child safety seat belts. Backrest position: 4.
- Place the child’s safety seat on the car seat. Make sure the product adheres to the car seat backrest tight (fig. 15).
- Pull the car belt and carry the shoulder part through a blue guide (11) in the seat backrest. Next carry the shoulder belt through the belt clamp (12), moving it back with your finger (fig. 16a).
- Carry the lumbar part of the car belt through the blue guide (18) in the base on both sides of the product (fig. 16b).
- Fasten the belt and tighten it firmly, as much as possible (fig. 17a).
- Place the child in the child safety seat and secure it with child safety seat belts (fig. 17b).
GROUP I (9 – 18 kg)
For this weight group, the child safety seat is installed in a forward-facing
position. The child is secured with child safety seat belts. Backrest
position: 1, 2, 3.
- Remove the lumbar support, and seat liner if necessary.
- Position the child safety seat on the car seat. Make sure the product adheres to the car seat backrest tight (fig. 18).
- Carry the shoulder part of the car belt through the belt clamp (12), moving it away with your finger (fig. 19).
- Carry the car belt through a red guide in the base on both sides of the child safety seat (17).
- Fasten the belt and tighten it as much as possible (fig. 20).
- Place the child in the child safety seat and secure it with child safety seat belts (fig. 21).
GROUP II and III (15 – 36 kg)
For this weight group, the child safety seat is installed in a forward-facing
position. The child is secured with car safety belts. Backrest position: 1, 2,

- Detach the five-point belts of the child safety seat.
- Place the child safety seat on the car seat. Make sure the product adheres to the car seat tight (fig. 18).
- Position the child in the child safety seat.
- Fasten the belt.
- Carry the shoulder part of the car safety belt through the guide in the headrest (1), while the hip part through a red guide (7) by the seat (fig. 22).
- Make sure the shoulder part goes through the child’s collarbone, not the neck.
- Adjust the suitable headrest height.
HOW TO MAINTAIN AND CLEAN

Regularly check the child safety seat for any damage. In case of any irregularities, please contact the manufacturer’s service center.

Do not expose the child’s safety seat to direct sunlight.

Covers can be washed in warm water (30 ̊ C) with the use of soap or soft detergent.
Do not dry covers in the sun. -
Clean the buckle, child safety seat belts, and plastic elements with warm water. Do not use any detergents.
