Dear Customer,
the Neno Sinus product that you have purchased is an electric aspirator, used
to suck the secretions out of a chid’s nose. The device is made to be used on
newborns and children over the age of one.
Please read the instructions before using the device.
PRECAUTIONS
- The product is not a toy don’t let children play with it.
- Test the suction force on the back of an adult’s hand before use
- Use the USB cable included with the device to make sure that the charging voltage matches the device’s parameters. Do not connect the device to a voltage higher than that specińed in the device specification – it may damage the device and cause a fire or an explosion.
- Do not charge the device during use.
- If you will not be using the device for along period of time (at least 3 months), fully charge the device before storing it
- Do not disassemble the device or repair it yourself. In case of defects, contact the service center.
- Do not use the device if you can see lacerations or symptoms of inflammation in the baby’s nose.
- In case of fever, infection, irritation or bleeding nose, stop using the device and contact your doctor.
- This aspirator is a hygiene product. It is only used to clean naturally formed secretions from the baby’s nose. The device should not be used if the child is ill.

INSTALLATION
- Place the anti-reflux lid on the container.
- Place the container with the lid in the device.
- Place the outer lid of the container on the device and tighten it in place, rotating it clockwise to make sure it stays in place and the device works properly.
- Select the appropriate silicone tip and place it on the outer lid of the container. Make sure that all items are placed in the correct order during installation and that the outer lid is screwed clockwise. When assembling the device, make sure that the seals are properly placed on the container and housing of the unit. If one of the seals is not on the correct part of the aspirator, the suction function of the device will be affected.
SILICONE TIPS
- Gourd-shaped tips (flat, oblique: they are used to clean the noses of newborns. The shorter tips are better suited for the noses of newborn babies, and the bubble gourd of the tip blocks the nostril, making it easier to suck out the secretion. The oblique tip can be used to clean the sides of the nostrils.
- Funnel-shaped tips (flat, oblique): used to dean the nose of children that are over 1 year old. The funnel-shaped tip goes deeper into the nose, making it better suited for use with children who have already grown up. The oblique tip can be used to clean the sides of the nostrils.
HOW TO USE

Assemble the device according to the instructions in the “Installation” section. Make sure that the seal is placed on the aspirator housing and that a suitable silicone tip is placed on the outer lid of the container. Select the suction mode that best fits the needs of your child.
Specific situations:- a. If the discharge in the baby’s nose is dry, soften it with saline solution before using an electric aspirator.
- b. If the discharge is thin and watery, you can directly use an aspirator to extract it.
- c. If you do not see secretions but the child “wheezes” when breathing through their nose, it also is an indication of a stuffy nose. It is recommended to gently stimulate the nose so that the baby sneezes and sucks the discharged secretion with the aspirator.

The recommended method of use:
Before using the aspirator on your child, test the strength of the device on back of your hand and adjust the mode of operation of the device to the level that seems to be the most suitable Charge the device for two hours before first use to ensure a longer battery life
Power button:
- press soft suction mode
- presses moderate suction mode
- presses- strong suction mode
Pressing the power button when the strong suction mode is on turns the device off.
Attention
- For proper operation, it is essential that the gasket is carefully fitted to the secretion container
- Using after a container is full may cause secretion to “overflow.
- Setting the device to the side with a full container may cause secretion to “overflow” and be pulled inside the next time it is turned on.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE
- The tips and the container can be removed from the device and washed separately. They can also be rinsed under running water and cleaned with the use of a brush.
- You can use a cotton swab dipped in medical alcohol to clean the air outlet.
- Make sure that al parts of the device are dry before reassembly to prevent bacterial contamination.
- Do not use abrasives or corrosive deaning products when cleaning the machine. This can negatively affect its lifespan.
- Turn off the device during cleaning
- Do not submerge the device under water.
