Thank you for purchasing the Neno Tocco steriliser and bottle warmer. Please
read the instruction manual before use and keep it in case you need to use it
again.

PRECAUTIONS
- Carefully read the instructions before use.
- To avoid flooding the steriliser, do not clean it under running water.
- Keep the appliance away from children and babies. Remove the plug from the socket if the steriliser will not be used for a long time.
- If the plug or cable is damaged, return it to Neno service.
- Do not pour milk or food directly into the warming vessel.
- Remember that the heating time of the food should not be too long, so that the food does not lose its nutritional value.
- Before feeding your baby, check the temperature of the food on your wrist. Take into account that the heater also gives off heat when switched off, it is advisable to wait about 30 minutes before taking out the heated liquid/food to stabilise the temperature in the bottle/container.
- The steriliser can be used by adults and children over 8 years of age under adult supervision. Adults with limited physical, mental and sensory abilities may use the device under the supervision of another adult.
- Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out by adults or children over 8 years of age under adult supervision. Keep all parts of the appliance away from children under 8 years of age.
- Do not use any descaling agents other than citric acid or white vinegar.
- Tips: For improved user comfort, wipe the steriliser with a damp tissue before first use. Wash the bottle basket, pour distilled water into the heater and switch on the sterilisation function. After sterilisation, pour off the water and leave the device to dry.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- NOTE: The use of water other than distilled water causes scale and sediment accumulation and shortens the life of the appliance. The manufacturer recommends the use of distilled water.
- Disconnect the plug from the socket and wait for the unit to cool down before cleaning.
- Be careful not to damage the heating surface with sharp metal tools.
- In case of limescale accumulation, mix 10g of citric acid with 200ml of cold water and boil using the sterilisation function, then wait 2-3 minutes after the sterilisation is complete.
- Cleaning: remove the top cover from the body and wipe the surface of the unit with a damp, soft cloth.
- It is recommended to clean the unit every 10 -15 days, or more often if the water used causes limescale accumulation.
- Set the unit aside to dry after cleaning. Do not immerse the body in water for cleaning.
- It is recommended to pour a mixture of citric acid and vinegar over the vessel every month and leave it for 10 minutes, then rinse it under running water.

OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
- When the plug is inserted into the socket, the device will automatically go to sleep.
- Press the power button to switch the device on or off.
- Press the “DIY” button to use the milk/ food warming/ temperature maintenance/ sterilisation function or the “FAST” button to use the rapid warming function.

a. Quick heat: use this mode for water or in exceptional situations milk, the target temperature of the programme is 37°C. Insert the basket into the steriliser, pour distilled water into the MAX line, then insert the water bottle and replace the lid. Press the “FAST” button. In this mode, set the volume of liquid to be heated, the temperature and the type of material as allowed by the corresponding buttons. Press the button select tem-perature/volume/material and then adjust the parameters by pressing the buttons again. The unit will beep and start heating. During heating, the screen will show the remaining heating time. When the rapid heating is complete, the unit will beep and enter the 37°C maintenance mode for 2 hours. Remove the bottle immediately when finished. Check the temperature before serving to your baby. This mode is not recommended for heating breast milk due to the large temperature spike.
NOTE : The actual heating time of the rapid warmer may vary due to bottle material, bottle wall thickness, ambient temperature, initial food temperature, bottle temperature, water temperature, amount of food. Make sure the food is at a safe temperature to give to your baby before serving. If the food is not warm enough, place the bottle back in the warmer for 0.5-1 minutes. -
b. Warming milk: use this mode to warm the milk. Insert the basket into the steriliser, pour distilled water to the MAX line, then insert the milk bottle and replace the lid. Press the DIY button and select the tempera-ture with “+” and “-” , in this mode set the temperature to 37°C. The appliance will beep and start heating. During heating, the set temperature will flash on the display. After 50 minutes, you will hear the unit beep and it will enter the mode to maintain the displayed temperature for 23 hours and 10 minutes. If you are no longer using the appliance press the “Power” button to switch off the heating.

c. Heating food: use this mode to heat semi-liquid products. Insert the basket into the steriliser, pour distilled water into the MAX line, then insert the food bottle and replace the lid. Press the DIY button and select the temperature with “+” and “-” , in this mode set the temperature between 35°C and 80°C. The appliance will beep and start heating. After 50 minutes, you will hear the unit beep and it will enter the mode to maintain the displayed temperature for 23 hours and 10 minutes. If you are no longer using the appliance press the “Power” button to switch off heating.

d. Sterilisation: Place the basket in the steriliser, pour in 40 ml of distilled water, then insert the bottle and/or accessories and replace the lid. Press the DIY button and select a temperature of 100°C. While heating, the display shows 100°C. Once heated to the set temperature, the device will sterilise for 8 minutes. The appliance will beep to indicate that it has finished.

e. Night light: Press and hold the power button to switch the light on or off. The lamp can be used independently.

f. Restart of default settings: hold down the “+” button in sleep mode of the unit until you hear a beep. The „+” button is not illuminated in sleep mode.

g. If you do not switch on any mode after switching on the device, it will automatically go to sleep after 1 minute.
