Before assembly and installation, carefully unwrap all parts.
Locate and set aside the hardware kit before disposing of the packaging.
Use care when assembling the product. Take your time and follow the
instructions closely.
WARNING!
Do not use more than the maximum load as shown in the diagram.
The use of TVs or loads heavier than the maximum weights specified may result
in instability, causing tip over, which could result in serious injury or
death.

STEP 1

| A | 1/4x25mm Bolt | 4 |
| Phillips Head Screwdriver |
Gently set the Left Side Panel (3) and Right Side Panel (4) onto the Base (5) as shown in the diagram. Align the holes on the Base (5) with the Side Panels (3 & 4). Insert a bolt (A) from the top into the base, but do not tighten. Repeat for the other 3 holes. Note: You will tighten the bolts (A) in the next step. Do not tighten them beforehand or the mantel parts will be misaligned.
STEP 2

Carefully set the Header (2) into the middle of the Side Panels (3 & 4),
making sure the holes are aligned. Insert a bolt from the back of the frame
(3, 4 & 5) into the Header (2). Repeat for the other 3 holes.
Using the screwdriver, tighten the 4 bolts (A) from this step and the 4 bolts
(A) from step 1.

Set the Left Surround (6) and Right Surround (7) onto the Base (5) ext to the corresponding Sides (3 & 4). Align the holes on the Side panels (3 & 4) with the holes on the Surrounds (6 & 7). Insert a bolt (A) into a hole and tighten with a screwdriver. Repeat for the other 3 holes.

Set the Top Surround (8) onto the Side Surrounds (6 & 7), making sure the holes are aligned. Insert a bolt (A) into a hole and tighten with a screwdriver. Repeat for the other 2 holes.

Gently set the Top (1) onto the Side Panels (3 & 4), making sure the holes are aligned. Insert a bolt (A) into a hole and tighten with a screwdriver. Repeat for the other 3 holes.
STEP 6
Carefully place the electric fireplace insert onto the base of the mantel.
From the front, make sure the insert is centered in the mantel opening.

Using the screwdriver, secure the fireplace insert to the mantel with the screws (B).

WARNING: This tip restraint must be attached to a wall stud using the
50mm screw (E) enclosed.
a. Attach one bracket (C) securely to the back top wood panel of the mantel
using the 16mm screw (F) through the smaller hole of the bracket.
It is highly recommended to pre-drill a 1/16″ hole into the wood mantel to
prevent splitting.
b. Position the other bracket (C) on the wall over a wall stud 2 inches below
the bracket secured to the back of the mantel. Attach to the wall stud using
the 50mm screw (E) through the smaller hole of the bracket.
c. Place the mantel into position so both brackets are in line vertically.
d. Lace the end of the restraint strap (D) through the larger hole in each
bracket. Bring both ends together and slide the flat end through the
lockingend. Pull it through until all slack is removed.
e. Confirm that the strap is securely laced and locked.
