SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- It’s forbidden to use the jack to lift people.
- Centre the load on the saddle before lifting.
- Never work under a vehicle without blocking it up on pallet blocks (or equivalent).
- Always chock the wheels on the vehicle and pull the handbrake on.
- Do not push or lean on the vehicle when it is resting on the jack.
- Only use the lifting points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Do not take the jack apart – risk of injury or malfunctioning.
- Before lifting a vehicle, check that the jack is in good working condition.
- Do not attempt to lift or support foundations, houses, caravans, trailers, campers etc.
- The product is only intended to be used for lifting. Never attempt to move the vehicle when it is resting on the product.
- Never overload the jack – risk of personal injury and/or material damage.
- Only use the lifting points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
- The product is intended to be used on hard, level surfaces that can support the actual load. If the jack is placed on any other surface the product can become unstable and the load can fall.
- Never go under a vehicle that is only lifted up with the jack.
- Only use spare parts recommended by the manufacturer.
- Failure to follow all the instructions and safety instructions can result in a risk of personal injury and/or material damage.

USE
- Never work or go under a vehicle without first blocking it up on pallet blocks or the equivalent – risk of personal injury and/or material damage.
- If the generated efforts exceed 400N, the efforts shall be lowered by additional persons.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Open the lowering valve and insert the supplied handle (extension) in the pump arm. Pump about 6 full strokes with the handle to ensure that the hydraulic fluid is evenly distributed.
- . Close the lowering valve. The jack is now ready to be used.
LIFTING
- Place the vehicle on a level, stable surface and secure it according to the instructions of the manufacturer so that it cannot roll.
- For safe lifting, put the product at a 90° angle to the vehicle and under a suitable lifting point (see vehicle manual).
- Put the handle in the lowering valve and close the valve by turning the handle clockwise until it resists.
- Put the handle in the pump arm and pump with the handle until the saddle (3) comes in contact with the vehicle.
- Check once again that the product is correctly positioned.
- Pump with the handle until the load reaches the required height.
- Remove the handle from the pump arm, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury.
- Block up the vehicle with pallet blocks or the equivalent when working on or under the vehicle.
LOWERING
- After finishing the work open the lowering valve by slowly turning the handle in small steps anticlockwise until the vehicle starts to move down.
- When the vehicle is fully lowered down open the lowering valve completely(about a half turn) so that the lifting arm(4) returns to its starting point.
MAINTENANCE
- Maintenance and any repairs should be carried out by qualified personnel and in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
- Do not use the product if any parts are missing or damaged.
STORAGE
When the product is not in use the lifting arm should be fully lowered and the handle should be upright to protect the precision mechanism from damage. Store the product horizontally in a dry place. Make sure that the product is maintained in its original condition. Never modify the product in any way.
HYDRAULIC FLUID
Only use SAE10 hydraulic fluid. Recycle used hydraulic fluid and any spillage in accordance with local regulations.
CLEANING
Clean the jack when necessary. Do not use a high-pressure jet.
LUBRICATION
Lubricate moving parts, such as the roller bearings and screws for the
lifting arm, the lifting arm cylinder and pump arm every 3 months.
IMPORTANT:
Never lubricate the piston rods for the pump and the lifting cylinder.
