IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please
use this equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual
before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be
achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained, and used properly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are
informed of all warnings and precautions.

Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is
essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level. -
Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with your exercise program.

Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.

To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (60 CM) of free space all around it.

Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear.

Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use until the problem has been rectified

Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment.

Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.

The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.

To avoid bodily injury and/or damage to the product or property, proper lifting and moving are required.

Your product is intended for use in cool and dry conditions. You should avoid storage in extreme cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.

This equipment is designed for indoor and home use only, it is not intended for commercial use.
PART LIST
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Stop 1: Attaching Both Stabilizers
Take out one Stabilizer (NO.3) and align with the bottom of the Main Body
(NO.1).
Insert a Socket Screw(NO.4)and fasten with the Allen Key(NO.2).
And repeat with the rest screws.
Step 2: Attaching Both Pedals
Insert the Left Pedal (NO.5) into the crank marked with L and rotate the pedal
in anti-clockwise.
Secure with the wrench(NO.6).Repeat with the Right Pedal(NO.5) but rotate in
clockwise.
THE LCD MONITOR
The LCD Monitor display
SPEED/TIME /CNT/T.CNT/DIST/CAL.
SPEED: Automatically show the real-time speed of your pedaling.
TIME: Automatically keeps track of your time for each session.
COUNT: Automatically keeps track of your counts for each session.
TOTAL COUNT: Automatically keeps track of your accumulated counts for all
your sessions.
The Total Count will be reset once you replace the battery.
DISTANCE: Keeps track of the equivalence of distance you’ve pedaled for
each session.
CALORIES: Keeps track of your calories burned for each session.
NOTE:
- If there is an inaccurate display on the monitor, replace the AAA battery (1.5V)X 2.
- The monitor will automatically turn on once you begin exercising on the machine. The machine will automatically shut-off after 4 minutes of inactivity.
- The monitor will automatically start calculating when you begin exercising and will automatically stop calculating after 4 seconds of inactivity. After 4 seconds of inactivity, all the functions will automatically stop calculating and a “stop” sign will appear on the top of the monitor.
BATTERY INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
- The battery is under the monitor.
- Use your finger to pull out the monitor and replace both 1.5V AAA battery and press the monitor back.
NOTE: When you remove the monitor from the Main Body, the wire connecting the monitor to the sensor bar may disconnected. Before press the monitor back, please check if the wire is well connected on both ends.
USE THE MINI EXERCISER
MAITENANCE
- Secure the 4 socket screws on the stabilizers with the wrench regularly.
- Avoid contact with water.
- Clean with a slightly damp sponge. Dry with a clean dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sunlight.
