Keep this manual in a safe place, so that the information is available at all times. If you give the equipment to any other person, hand over these operating instructions and safety regulations as well. We cannot accept any liability for damage or accidents that arise due to a failure to follow these instructions and the safety instructions.
- This equipment can be used by children of 8 years and older and by people with limited physical, sensory, or mental capacities or those with no experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have received instruction in how to use the equipment safely and understand the dangers which result from such use. Children are not allowed to play with the equipment. Unless supervised, children are not allowed to clean the equipment or carry out user-level maintenance work.
- The battery must be removed before the equipment is scrapped.

PROPER USE
- You can use the cordless hot glue gun to glue the following materials: Wood, plastics, textiles, cardboard, ceramics, leather, etc.
- The equipment is to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse. The user/operator and not the manufacturer will be liable for any damage or injuries of any kind caused as a result of this.
- Please note that our equipment has not been designed for use in commercial, trade, or industrial applications. Our warranty will be voided if the machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial businesses or for equivalent purposes.

BEFORE STARTING THE
EQUIPMENT Hazard! Charge the equipment only with the charger supplied. Only place the equipment on non-flammable surfaces.
Charging the battery (Fig. 2)
- The battery is protected from exhaustive discharge. An integrated protective circuit automatically switches off the equipment when the battery is flat.
- Note! Do not actuate the ON/OFF switch anymore if the protective circuit has tripped. This may damage the battery. Check that your mains voltage is the same as that marked on the rating plate. Plug the battery charger(8) into the plug socket and connect the charging cable (7) to the Micro
- USB charging port (6). The charging process starts as soon as the charging cable is connected to the charging adapter.
- The LED (2a) will light up red to indicate that the battery pack is being charged. When charging is finished, the LED (2a) changes to green.
- If no LEDs come on during charging, this means that the battery pack is defective. A defective battery is not allowed to be used any more.
Important! The handle may become a little warm during the charging process. This is normal. If the battery fails to charge, please check
- whether there is voltage at the socket outlet
- whether there is good contact at the charging contacts of the charging unit.

Inserting the glue stick (Fig. 3)
- Push the glue stick (9) into the opening (B) as far as the stop.
OPERATION
Operation
- Check that a glue stick is fitted (see point 5.2)
- Long press the ON/OFF switch (1) for approx. 2 seconds.
- The LED (2b) will light up red to indicate that the equipment is heating up
- This takes approx. 100 seconds, after which the LED (2b) changes to green
- The equipment is now ready for operation.
- To switch the equipment off again, press the ON/OFF briefly just the once
Warning! Never set the equipment down once you have started using it.
If or when your gluing work is interrupted or finished,always be sure to stand the equipment on its fold up stable stand asshown in Fig.1. Switch the equipment off and allow it to cool down completely before you pack it away.
Working with the cordless hot glue gun
- You can now apply the glue by pressing the trigger lever (4) after the heating up time
- Press both surfaces together immediately and apply pressure to them
- It takes about 30 seconds for the glue to set.
The equipment switches off automatically after approx. 5 minutes of non-use.
Important! Glue stains on textiles cannot be removed.
LED indicator (Fig. 2/Item 2)
- The indicator (2) displays the charging status during charging (see point 5.1), the heating time and when the equipment isready for operation (see point 6.1). If the red LED (2a) turns to be red during operation,the battery is empty. Recharge the battery.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning! Allow the equipment to cool down before you start to clean it.
Cleaning
- Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it with compressed air at low pressure.
- We recommend that you clean the device immediately each time you have finished using it.
- Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of theequipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the device. The ingress of water into an electric tool increases the risk of an electric shock.
Maintenance
- There are no parts inside the equipment which require additional maintenance.
STORAGE
- Store the equipment and accessories in a dark and dry place at above freezing temperature.
- The ideal storage temperature is between 5°C(41°F) and 30°C(86°F).
- Store the electric tool in its original packaging.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
- The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
- The raw materials in this packaging can be reused or recycled.
- The equipment and its accessories are made of various types of material, such as metal and plastic.
- Never place defective equipment in your household refuse.
- The equipment should be taken to a suitable collection center for proper disposal.
- If you do not know the wherea bout of such a collection point, you should ask in your local council offices.
