The EN 6-IN-1 Heavy-Duty Staple Gun is a versatile tool designed for various applications. It features a high/low power switch and a staple reload window for easy monitoring of staple supply. The staple exit area ensures efficient staple delivery, while the magazine release latch allows for quick and easy staple loading. The handle provides a comfortable grip for extended use.
Product Usage Instructions
- To Operate: Before using the staple gun, carefully read the instructions provided in the user manual. Always wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from fasteners and debris. Ensure that the tool operator and others in the work area also wear safety glasses.
- To Clear or Unload: If a staple jam occurs or you need to unload the staple gun, open the channel as when loading staples. Remove the jammed staple or unload the staples, then close the channel as when loading.
- To Lock the Handle Down for Storage: Make sure the staple gun is unloaded. Hold the handle down and pull it backward to engage the handle lock (refer to Fig.4). To release the grip, push the handle forward (refer to Fig.5).
- Safety Instructions: Keep the staple gun out of reach of children. Never aim the staple exit at anyone. Always wear safety glasses while operating the staple gun. Be aware of the materials you are stapling and watch out for potential hazards such as electrical wires. Avoid overreaching to prevent loss of balance or footing.
- Staple Length Guidelines: The staple gun can accommodate different staple lengths. Refer to the following guidelines:
- 1/4″ (6mm)
- 5/16″ (8mm)
- 3/8″ (10mm)
- 1/2″ (12mm)
- 9/16″ (14mm)
- Tracker: Applications: The staple gun can be used for various applications, including:
- Window screens and shades
- Light draperies
- Shelf papers
- Closet lining
- Light upholstery and other relatively thin materials
- Insulation, weather stripping, wire mesh, carpet pads, canvas, and other materials of moderate strength (up to about 3/16″ maximum thickness)
- Thicker materials such as foam insulation board or heavy folded draperies (approximately 1/4″ to 9.5mm thick)
- Brad and Pin Length Guidelines: The staple gun is compatible with brads and pins with a leg length of 5/8″ (15mm). Recommended uses include picture framing and small molding.

TO OPERATE
- Hold the staple gun upside down as shown in Fig.1 and release the loading latch. Pull the slide open.
- Place the stick of staples in the bottom channel as shown in Fig.2 so the legs are pointing up. For narrow flat crowns, cable, brads, and pins, place only on the left side. Push the slide closed, making sure that the latch engages.
- As shown in Fig.3. For brads, Be sure nail heads are pointing down. For the pin, be sure the flat end is pointing down, and the sharp tip is pointing up. Push the slide closed, making sure that the latch engages.
- Place the staple exit area where the staple is to be driven. Grasp the tacker with fingers through the opening and depress the handle until the mechanism releases and drives the staple. For best results, hold the staple gun so downward pressure keeps the exit area firmly against the material being stapled.
TO CLEAR OR UNLOAD:
Open channel as when loading; remove the jammed staple or unload; close as
when loading.
TO LOCK HANDLE DOWN
FOR STORAGE:
Be sure the staple gun is unloaded. Hold the handle down, to pull backward and
engage the handle lock, See Fig.4. Push forward the handle to release the
grip, see Fig. 5.
SAFETY INSTRUCTION
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Never aim staple exit at anybody!
- Wear safety glasses when operating the tacker.
- Know what materials you are stapling. Watch out for potential hazards such as electrical wires.
- Do not over reach so as to cause loss of balance or loss of secure footing

1/4” 6mm
| Can be used on window screens & shades, light draperies, shelf papers,
closet lining, etc.
5/16” 8mm| Can be used on light upholstery and other relatively thin
materials.
3/8” 10mm
| Can be used on insulation, weather stripping, wire mesh, carpet pads, canvas and other materials of moderate strength where material thickness is up to about 3/16’’ maximum.
1/2” 12mm
9/16”14mm
| Can be used where thickness of material being stapled is substantial, for
example, foam insulation board or heavy folded draperies(about 1/4’’(6.3mm) to
(9.5mm) thick). (For cable 6mm max wire dia 50 v max voltage)
