IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
WARNING: In order to ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent.
Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.

Check if the voltage indicated on the type plate corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket.
Do not use the appliance if the plug, the cord or the appliance itself shows visible damage, or if the appliance has been dropped or is leaking.
Check the cord regularly for possible damage.
The soleplate can heat up a lot and, if it is touched, can cause burns.
Do not let the cord contact with soleplate when it is hot.
When you have finished ironing, clean the appliance, fill or empty the water tank or when you leave the iron even if only for a moment, set the steam control to 0 position, put the iron on its base support and unplug of the mains.
Always place and use the iron on stable and horizontal surface.
The iron must not be left unattended while it is connected to the supply mains.
Remove the plug from the socket before filling the appliance with water.
The filling hole should not be open during operation
The appliance must be used and placed on a stable surface.
When placed on its stand, make sure that the surface on which the stand is placed is stable.
The iron should not be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking water.
Keep the iron and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years of age when it is energized or cooling down.
The travelling irons are not designed for a regular use.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Check that the voltage rating on the product’s nameplate matches the mains supply voltage. Choose within the range between 120 V and 230 V by turning the “voltage selector” switch. Before plugging the iron into the mains, check that the “voltage selector” switch is in the right position.. Please remember that if the switch is in the wrong setting, it may cause a failure or the required temperature may not be reached.

Overview

How to use the foldable handle lock:
When you want to fold the handle, please press the lock down; if you want open the foldable handle, please pull up the handle without touching the lock.

FILLING WATER

Before filling water, please pull out the plug first.
Set the steam control to the minimum position.
Pull down the cover of water filling mouth, and then fill water.

SPRAYING

Press the spraying button, steam will be sprayed out from the spraying nozzle. At that time, you should keep enough water in the water tank.

STEAM IRONING

To use steam ironing turn the temperature control at the “o.”, “oo” or “ooo” position.
After the indicator goes out, press the Steam burst button and the steam will be sprayed.

DRY IRONING

Turn the steam control to the selected position and without pushing the Steam burst button, start dry ironing.

STORAGE

After using, pull out the plug, pour out the remaining water, turn the steam control to minimum, turn the temperature control to minimum power, let the iron cool down, put the iron on the safe and dry place.
