- DO NOT use this product for any purpose that is not explicitly specified in this manual. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly or inappropriate use.
- This product is designed for use in wood stud, solid concrete, concrete block and brick walls – DO NOT install into drywall alone.
- The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
Check the VESA Pattern of Your TV before the Installation
If your TV VESA is greater than 400 x 400mm / 15. 7 x 15. 7″ or less than VESA
100 x 100mm / 3.9 x 3.9″, this mount is NOT compatible.
If this mount is NOT compatible, please contact our customer service at

Step 1 Secure the TV Brackets [01] to the TV
Select TV Bolts
Only one size of the bolt fits your TV.
BOLT LENGTH: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts / spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns.
- Too short will not hold the TV.
- Too long will damage the TV.
NOTE: When using the spacers, it is important to note that they can be used in
multi-layers (meaning stacked). If you have any difficulty undestanding how to
install the TV bolts or spacers, please contact customer service at
support@perlegear.com.
CAUTION: When attaching the TV brackets [01] to the back of the TV, ensure the ends with round holes on the TV brackets are pointing to the top of the TV and are equally centered on the back of the TV.
NOTE: The bolt hole locations on your TV may vary in accordance of the manufacturer’s design of the TV. We are only illustrating possible locations of the bolt holes.

For cable interference or inset holes, use the spacers [06] to create extra
space between the TV and TV brackets.
Step 2 Secure the TV Plate [03] to the Arm Assembly/ Wall Plate [02]
Align the holes of the TV board with the holes of the arm assembly, then insert the bolts [G1] into the holes, install with the washers [G2] and nuts [G3], and finally use a socket wrench (NOT Included) to tighten the bolts one by one.
Step 3 Attach the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate [02] to the Wall
For wood stud installation, follow STEP 3A.
For concrete installation, follow STEP 3B.
Step 3A Wood Stud Option
WARNING
Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT use a drill for tightening the lag screws [A 1 ]! Only use a socket wrench. DO NOT over- tighten the lag screws [A 1 ]. Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
- DO NOT USE THE ANCHOR [A2] FOR THIS STEP!
- Ensure the arm assembly/wall plate [02] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
- Any material covering the wall must NOT exceed 5/8″ (16mm).
- Nominal wood stud size: common 2 x 4″ (51 x 102mm) minimum 1 1/2 x 3 1/2″ (38 x 89mm).
- Stud center must be verified.
PLEASE NOTE: When using the corner mounts. Find your stud locations, mark them and then lay the mount out on the floor configuring it to your stud locations before installing it. Make sure your TV will flt your desired location.
Use a stud finder (NOT Included) to locate wood studs or use an awl (NOT Included) to verify the edges. Mark the edge and center locations.
Step 38 Solid Concrete or Concrete Block Option
WARNING
- Avoid potential injury or property damage! DO NOT use a drill for tightening the lag screws [A1]! Only use a socket wrench. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A 1 ]. Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
- Ensure the arm assembly / wall plate [02] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
- Any material covering the wall must not exceed 5/8″ (16mm).
- Mount the arm assembly / wall plate [02] directly onto the concrete surface.
- Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8″ (203mm).
- Minimum concrete block size: 8 x 8 x 16″ (203 x 203 x 406mm).
- NEVER drill into the mortar between blocks.
NOTE: Make sure both wall plates are installed at the same height and level to each other.
Position the wall plate template [04] at your desired height, level the wall plate template [04] and mark the pilot hole locations. For the most convenient adjustment, each of the wall plates should be 12″ (305mm) away from the wall corner (as shown).
Drill 8 pilot holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 3″ (75mm). NEVER drill into the mortar between blocks.
Use the hammer to knock anchors [A2] into the wall. Be sure the anchors [A2]
are seated flush with the concrete surface.
Install the arm assembly / wall plate [02] using lag screws [A 1]. Tighten the
lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO
NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A 1 ].
Step 4 Verify Wall Mount Installation by Putting Pressure on Wall Mount
Before attaching the TV to the mount, please try to pull down the TV wall mount with your hands to check whether it is secured.
Step 5 Secure the TV onto the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate [02]
- Slightly unscrew the pre-assembled bolt [S] with the Phillips screwdriver.
- Hang the TV onto the TV plate [03].
- Tighten the lock bolts [S] to secure the TV onto the arm assembly /wall plate [02].
Step 6 Adjustment
Level Adjustment
If needed, the TV can be leveled.
- Slightly loosen the four leveling nuts [G3].
- Level your TV.
- Retighten the leveling nuts [G3] to hold the TV in place.
CAUTION
Please do NOT over-tighten or over-loosen the nuts.
Tilt Adjustment
- Turn the top lever [T] 90 degrees.
- Adjust the TV to your desired position.
- Re-tighten the lever [T] to hold the TV in position.
Swivel Adjustment
