Installation Instructions

  1.  To begin using your PrimePro wireless charger, you will need to connect the USB -A integrated cable into the DC power adaptor(A)
  2. Place your wireless charging device on the wireless charging output (B), making sure it is aligned to the center of the wireless charging output (B).
  3.  Your device should begin to wirelessly charge.

Adjusting Height

To ensure optimal charging speed, unscrew the tightening screw (E), then adjust the wireless charging pad, so that your device is aligned to the center of the wireless charging output (B).

Flat Lay Wireless Charging

Your PrimePro wireless charger can be used as a flat wireless charging pad. Do this by unscrewing the tightening screw (E) and remove the wireless charging pad from the stand.

Troubleshooting

For optimum charge speed, adjust your device so that it is aligned to the center of the wireless charging output (B). Please ensure that the case on your phone does not affect the wireless charging by removing it and checking the performance. Some cases interfere with wireless charging if they contain metallic material or are overly thick.

Caution

  1. Do not disassemble or throw into fire or water.
  2.  Do not expose to extreme weather conditions.
  3. Do not place close to a magnetic strip or stripe card as it could cause magnetic failure.
  4.  Please keep the charger a safe distance of at least 80cm from any implantable medical devices to avoid medical device interference.
  5. This is not a toy and should be kept away from children.
  6. In the case of the device overheating, please disconnect immediately.

  •  This product is for household use only. If the product is used in a commercial environment, the warranty period will be automatically reduced to three (3) months.
  • Cygnett warrants that, with normal use or service, the product will be free from faulty parts, manufacture, or workmanship.
  • The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, e.g. mishandling, abuse, accident or failure to follow operating instructions.
